Not to critisize too harshly. i do love Hextech Gunblade myself. however, ie is not a sivir item. it works beautifully for Ashe who thrives on crits. but crits are for other ad carries, and definently not an ap sivir. i'm tired of YOU NEED AN IE trolling on sivir builds. however, it's a low elo build at best as anybody high elo can cc you and shut you down HARD.also better "vanilla" builds do work out there

I'm not sure what Hextech Gunblade has to do with crits. Ashe only uses AP for her ult, if I remember correctly, so it would suck on her pretty badly. Sivir, on the other hand, uses it for her Q and hits a ton of minions and maybe a couple champions with good AP and AD scaling. Life leach for auto-attacks at mid-range and spell vamp from a distance with Q... pretty good. Ashe just needs a Vampiric Scepter, optionally built into Bloodthirster or maybe Zeke's Harbinger.

Anyway, I retagged this as humor a few weeks back after I learned more and thought about this old build again. It's sort of lulzy and fun to pull off, but not the most serious way to play, and I wasn't doing PvP much when I wrote it. There just aren't enough uses for AP to go around with Sivir for this to work - almost anyone other than Garen gets more damage from AP scaling per second.

If you manage to pull it off, post a video. I've never been that good at snowballing.

I might have to make another build that's a little more vanilla, though. I still like Gunblade, but generally I'd go for more AD after that. That spell vamp and the active ability help your BB for the whole game, and it scales with AD.

The life steal is a little redundant with Bloodthirster, though, and that one's popular. I kind of like Infinity Edge. IE and then Last Whisper could work? And maybe a survival kind of item in there somewhere.

Something like that might be balanced. No more Boomerang Blades doing 1000+ damage between two passes, though.

I've not verified this, but I think that toggling her W will activate the Lichbane proc. If it does, then you should reallymention this because it has a much lower CD than her other spells and it will allow you to practically spam the Lich proc :D

I really doubt that this works.

Really worked, and also go first bloods for a few games but then their was a newby renekton that made us lose :( but i would still recommend this guide very nice ! :)

Interesting, I find it a hard build to play. You *have* to get pretty far along earlyish, or else it just feels nerfed. I've had a few good games with this, but mostly it's just kind of fun doing lots of hit-and-run boomarang damage.

Nice Guide, will probably try this in the future....but I absolutely refuse to snowball lol...too unreliable...
What about guinsoo's rageblade instead of nashor's? that way you get a BF sword worth of AD plus the AS/AP stacks...

If you want Guinsoo's, try a more hybrid build. Gunblade followed by Guinsoo's is probably more stable in that it's good for hybrids... the most stable builds of all stack AD and throw in Stark's to lower armor and maximize Ricochet damage. If I get two hybrid items, then I wouldn't take Deathcap, for example.

But going hybrid and doing more boomerang damage might be good if your team is AD heavy. I don't know.

I'd love it if AP/AD items out there had base stats comparable to Gunblade but had different uniques. :-/

I really hate wasting gold on extra copies of uniques.

+1 because i tried it in normal, when we were about to lose i started stacking funblades and won

Well, ok. Whatever works.

I'm kind of disturbed that it's 4/4 so far. I guess lulz builds are pretty popular.

But yeah, gunblades synergize better with her other skills and work great with BB. Other items work better with W and R, but that's the price you pay for it.

I've had exactly one really good game with this build as is, and that was one game when the CC on our team was strong and coordinated. Basically, you have to unload The Combo and then run away for several seconds. There's just enough AD to push, and R is mostly for run speed and support. Overall, there are much better ways to play Sivir that are more flexible, but this is probably how you would play as a nuke. And yeah, others are better at that, too, but... it's fun going off the track sometimes.
