The best azir build in my opinion. The ROA is unique and in my opinion the solution to Azir being easily gankable early/mid game. Combining that with a stinger makes it easy to harass. I've played around 60 games trying different builds and 20 with this specific build. I find it extremely comfortable and easy to snowball lane. Wich you should cause losing is not an option considering you need blue control because blue is a must on Azir.
