If you can dodge, it's a good matchup. If you can't, ban him.
Alistar
If he goes in on your adc and you go in on the enemy adc, you win. Your disengage with q's and ults combined with your utility means youre pretty good at stopping all ins as well.
Caitlyn
Queen of poke, makes it hard to play around bushes.
Ashe
Easy to kill adc
Braum
Provides excellent disengage for his carry, makes it hard for you to pop off. He's however not a threat offensively
Brand
You almost do as much damage as Brand with this build, difference being you have excellent supporting tools while he's just damage. If you can dodge his stun you win 1v1
Aphelios
Easy to kill adc
Draven
Easy to kill, but kills you just as easy. Depends on enemy support and your carry.
Ezreal
Hard to pin down but you're just much stronger much earlier. If it gets to lategame he gets scary though.
Heimerdinger
Bard is pretty great into heimer adc. Your q's and ults work on his turrets. If you have some base knowledge on what not to do against Heimer, you should win the matchup.
Janna
Adds some survivability to her carry, but she doesn't provide much kill pressure. If you can catch her, you can kill her. You can also roam just as fast as her.
Jhin
Easy to kill adc, you can ult him to disrupt his ult. Care for his big burst and speed with crits.
Jinx
Easy to kill adc. Obviously a late game monster but if she doesn't get fed she's pretty easy to deal with.
Kai'Sa
Relatively easy to kill adc. When she gets her e upgrade and ult she's tough to pin down, but you should be able to lane kingdom her.
Kalista
She's hard to deal with as you'll have quite a tough time landing q, but if you take exhaust you can cripple her.
Karma
She's annoying. Pretty even matchup though.
Kog'Maw
Easy to kill adc. Same boat as Jinx except he NEEDS an enchanter support to be useful before 40 minutes.
Leona
Scary lady, almost impossible to disengage from. If she goes on your adc your best bet is to go on her adc, if you yourself get caught your best bet is to ult, flash, protobelt, and run away. If she wastes E you have a bit of a window to bully her in lane, but as soon as it's back up you need to be on the lookout. Depending on her adc, it might be worth going exhaust.
Lucian
He's like Draven except he has mobility. One of the toughest adc matchups to deal with early/mid
Lulu
She's a better Janna. Amazing at keeping her carry alive, and has some pretty solid poke to boot. If she's paired with a decent enough hypercarry, good luck.
Lux
Easy to kill. Your Q's are basically the same ability, but if you get to protobelt you're at an advantage. If your reactions are on point, you can counter her q e r combo with your ult (ult the person caught, not her). You can do as much damage as her, but your utility is better.
Miss Fortune
Easy to kill, your ult counters hers. Just keep a lookout for her in teamfights, as thats where she can shine.
Morgana
Annoying with her spellshield and your ult doesn't stop hers. She can't spellshield a whole team however, and you can do a lot of damage if you bait her spellshield and dodge her q.
Nami
Kind of in between Janna and Lulu. She's however very easy to kill. Just don't get hit by the bubbles and you should be good to go!
Nautilus
Leona 2.0. His Q is much easier to dodge and you can save teammates from his ult with yours, but he's tanky as fuck and has an unexpected burst of damage.
Pantheon
Basically the ad version of Bard. Be careful early and be prepared for his ult when ganking.
Pyke
Luckily his Q is pretty easy to dodge, but if you get hit you just might be dead. A perfectly timed ult can cockblock him hard, but that's not so easy. Abuse your rage advantage in lane, stay behind minions, and try to kill his adc. He has a bit more damage than you, but your utility makes it a pretty even matchup in my eyes.
Rakan
His engage is relatively scary, but you do a lot of damage.
Samira
I dont know yet, she's basically permabanned for now. Will update when I get some experience with the matchup.
Senna
Easy to kill early, monster lategame. Her global presence with ult can make your roams a bit harder. Her E can stop your autos, but it's not a super big deal. You can basically 1v1 her for most of the game.
Sett
Big buff dude, hard to kill, can run you down, and can just ult you the fuck out of a fight :c Kind of similar to Nautilus tier but he actually has to run up to you to kill you, and you have slows for days.
Sivir
Easy to kill. If you auto before you q you can waste her spellshield and still stun her. She's super weak early so you'll be able to abuse her as her spellshield isnt nearly as useful against you as against most others.
Sona
Good poke and good sustain, If you catch her you can kill her, if she catches you she can kill you. Your damage is gonna be a lot bigger than hers unless she goes full ap tho!
Soraka
Easy to kill, just remember to kill her adc first. If you can ult her out of a fight and then kill her carry, thats a very solid option. Otherwise, focus her as she can only heal allies.
Swain
Really tough to deal with as he's neigh impossible to kill if you're alone. His poke is really good, his teamfighting is really good, and he's hard to outlane. You can ult him in his ult to stop him from chasing you but thats about it.
Tahm Kench
He can save his Carry really well, and his roams arent half bad either since he can bring someone with him, but you can overpower him in lane with your damage.
Taric
Pretty easy to deal with, your ult hardcounters his ult as you can just waste the invincibility. Easy to catch not to mention he doesn't have that much in terms of keeping his carry safe before 6.
Thresh
Same boat as Leona. Doesn't stick on you quite as well but his W is kinda huge when it comes to saving his carry, not to mention he can bring in a jungler with it the same way you can bring in a jungler with your E. If he hooks you, you're in trouble, your main goal is gonna be to burst the adc as Thresh doesn't have anything except W as far as saving teammates goes.
Tristana
Pretty hard to catch and if she gets ahead she's a danger. Her ult gives her the ability to fend for herself.
Twitch
Easy to kill adc. You can ult him if he gets the jump on you.
Varus
Easy to kill adc. Your ult can ruin his if you time it well.
Vayne
Try to lane kingdom her. She has a roll for dodging but her early damage is weak. She's tough to kill with ult up and if the game goes late she's quite challenging to deal with.
Xayah
Kind of hard to kill past 6, you can't catch her with ult if she has hers. Pretty weak early though, so if you catch her you can do a significant amount of damage.
Xerath
Easy to kill, but can definitely outpoke you. If he ults, you can ult him.
Yasuo
Pretty tough with his windwall, hard to pin down because of his e. You can poke him decently early, but you definitely don't counter him.
Yone
Same as Yasuo but he doesn't have windwall. Much easier to take advantage of early as he isn't as mobile
Yuumi
Bard q is pretty good at catching yuumi outside of her carry, and if you do that shes guaranteed to be dead. Her heal isn't enough to stop bard and adc from killing her carry.
Zilean
His double q roughly equates to your q. If you time your ult really well you can get him out of the fight before he manages to ult someone.
Zyra
She lane kingdoms you pretty hard, but she's quite squishy.
Bard is the most fun champion I know, and he is pretty strong as well. Don't sleep on the damage!
How to play
Idk like, roam a fair bit, make sure you perfect your roam timings. Bard is like Ivern, you simply cannot be angry while playing him, so don't tilt! Get good at your Q flash, try to land decent ults (bard ults is one of the most powerful ults in the game, but can also hard troll your own team), play aggressive, and don't be afraid to grab kills. Bard support with this build can carry, don't let any lame-o tell you otherwise. Have fun xoxo
