Introduction
This build works great for an AD heavy enemy team, but still has some viability for mixed teams.
As always I'm open to comments, opinions, help, etc.
For runes I use:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration x 9
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist x 9
Greater Seal of Armor x 9
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power x 3
This give some great early AP, Armor, and Magic Resist which is perfect for taking top tower.

Skill sequence is definitely depending on what champions you're playing against and who you're playing with.
I tend to use Dredge Line as an escape and an initiator so I max that first, followed by Riptide, Depth Charge, and lastly Titan's Wrath.

This build is basically to tank the hell out of towers and AD Heavy champs, so I stack armor as much as possible.
Ninja Tabi is a great first item, plus a Cloth Armor will give you about 80 armor at game start.
Grab 2 Health pots and 2 Mana pots for some survivability.
Take that Cloth Armor and turn it into a Thornmail. This will shut out most AD champs around level 6 or 7, which will definitely give your team a huge lead.
You're going to run out of mana real fast, so a Glacial Shroud turned into a Frozen Heart will give you even more armor, a solid mana boost, and crazy cooldown reduction, which is also a key to this build.
The next 2 items are interchangeable.
I choose a Sunfire Aegis for the extra armor and AoE damage, a Force of Nature for those pesky mages and health.
My last item isn't really set in stone, kinda changes with the game, if it goes on for that long. I go with a Rylai's Crystal Scepter for the health boost and some AP for shutting down a team.
