Introduction
So.....Nocturne
Nocturne is a great champion in general but especially shines in 3v3 matches because of his ultimate (from now on referred to as ult), lane sustain, and damage output. His ult has a somewhat of a low radius but on the small map, twisted treeline, you can access most if the map in lane or in the middle of the jungle. Nocturne has incredible lane sustain because of his passive and later on acquired lifestyle (wriggles+bloodthirster). Nocturne is tanky enough to play well on the twisted treeline as well. Nocturne's increased movement speed from duskbringer is also especially helpful on the small map. All of these factors make nocturne a great asset to ones team on the twisted treeline.
My Main Build-
berserkers greaves - These boots are great for giving Nocturne a little extra attack speed but boots really depend on the enemy team and your play-style.
Wriggle's Lantern - Wriggle lantern gives some great damage, lifesteal, and armor early game without breaking the bank.
Phantom Dancer - Everything a nocturne needs, crit. chance, attack speed, and movement speed.
Blood Thirster - One of the best items on nocturne because it adds the extra lifesteal and a good amount of attack damage to further solidify his auto attacks.
Youmuu's Ghostblade - This also gives nocturne a little bit of everything and has a killer active that can allow you to take towers and champions down in a few seconds.
Banshee's Veil - This last item completes nocturne and works great with his spell shield. This item can be swapped with other survivability items like Thornmail and Guardian Angel.
Other good items-
Alternative Starting Items
Doran's Shield - Good for survivability and more defensive play.
Doran's Blade - Another good survivability item, this is great for new players.
Cloth Armor - Ok paired with 4 health pots and a mana pot.
Defensive Items
Banshee's Veil - My favorite for a team that has a lot of magic damage because it pairs perfectly with his spell shield.
Thornmail - Perfect for a team that has heavy physical damage (20-1-20 Tryndamere).
Guardian Angel - Ok item for Nocturne. Personally I dont like this item in general.
Force of Nature - Good if they have a fed magic damage champion (20-1-20 Annie)
Quicksilver Sash - Are you getting cced like never before? If yes grab this item.

Ok Spells
Teleport - Nocturne is fast enough and on the twisted treeline is small enough
Heal - For new players it's alright

When you are about to gank use this order of abilities ........
1. When in range start with Paranoia
2. As SOON as you are on the champion use your Exhaust and/or Unspeakable Horror
3. Then Shroud of Darkness immediately after
4. Lastly Duskbringer
5. In between all of these you will be auto attacking and you can just repeat these steps as you feel necessary in the fight
