Hello there Summoners! This is my first ever Mobafire guide, and it revolves around Corki, The
Daring Bombardier. Ever since I started playing LoL, there was something that I loved about Corki. Whether it was the concept, or the gameplay, I've always liked this yordle more than the others. Now that I started playing him more often, he has become my favorite champion. In this guide, I will show you how I lane bot with Corki. When Heimerdinger and his yordle colleagues migrated to Piltover, they embraced science as a way of life, and they immediately made several groundbreaking contributions to the techmaturgical community. What yordles lack in stature, they make up for with industriousness. Corki, the Daring Bombardier, gained his title by test-piloting one of these contributions - the original design for the Reconnaissance Operations Front-Line Copter, an aerial assault vehicle which has become the backbone of the Bandle City Expeditionary Force (BCEF). Together with his squadron - the Screaming Yipsnakes - Corki soars over Valoran, surveying the landscape and conducting aerial acrobatics for the benefit of onlookers below.
Corki is the most renowned of the Screaming Yipsnakes for remaining cool under fire and exhibiting bravery to the point of madness. Before the League, he served several tours of duty, often volunteering for missions that would take him behind enemy lines, either gathering intelligence or delivering messages through hot zones. He thrived on danger, and enjoyed nothing more than a good dogfight in the morning. More than just an ace pilot, Corki also made several modifications to his copter, outfitting it with an arsenal of weapons which some speculate were more for show than functionality. When open hostilities ceased as part of the agreement surrounding the formation of the League, Corki was forced into a retirement, which he felt ''cut the engines and clipped the wings''. He tried to make do with stunt flying and canyon running, but it was never the same without the refreshing smell of gunpowder streaking through the air around him. When Heimerdinger joined the League of Legends, it was no surprise to see Corki follow soon after, eager to test his mettle against the best the world has to offer.

These are the spells that will work the best with Corki
There are many summoner spells that work well with Corki, but I choose Heal and Flash.
Heal will give you survivability and an escape, plus it's great in small skirmishes.

WHY DO I TAKE PHOSPHORUS BOMB AT LEVEL 1?
Well, it is quite simple. Phosphorus Bomb is excellent at poking early on. It is great at harassing the enemy and it helps you farm. Max e second because of the damage and armor shred.
Why max Valkyrie last?
It's just an escape or an initiation, level 1 will suffice.
Before we start, let me just make it clear that this is a strict Glass Cannon build, you will deal plenty of damage and will be able to kill nearly anyone in a matter of seconds, but be warned, one wrong move and you'll die before you'll even press "W", so be careful! ^-^
When the game starts, I pick up Doran's Bladeand 1 Health Potion. Once you have enough, buy B. F. Sword as fast as you can, and then continue building The Bloodthirster. Once you get your BT, get [Berserker's Greaves]]
(Innate): Corki's auto-attacks deal 10% of his total physical damage before armor adjustment, as additional true damage to minions, monsters, and champions.
A simple passive that will give you early and late game dominance. Early game it will increase your auto attack damage, and late game it will make you a tank destroyer, along with Last Whisper and Gatling Gun.
(Active): Corki blasts a target area, revealing it for 6 seconds and dealing magic damage to all enemies hit. Any champions hit will also be revealed for 6 seconds.
This gives Corki great burst potential. Early and mid game it will be extremely easy to poke and harass your enemies, and will deal quite a bit of damage. It also can be used to scout brushes. Since the new ad scaling was added it is now your main damage tool.
(Active): Corki surges to target location with a speed of 650, dropping bombs on its path that create a trail of fiery destruction for 2.5 seconds. Opponents take damage each half second they stay in the trail.
This is your Oh S***! button. Whenever you feel threatened and/or are in the risk of dying, just Valkyrie away. This can go over any wall in the game with right timing. In addition to being a great dash, it will leave the area in fire, damaging enemies each second. This is great for kiting enemies. Good for just about anything, be smart when using it, as it does have a pretty long cooldown at lower levels.
(Active): Corki's gatling gun begins firing at enemies in front of him automatically every half second for 4 seconds, dealing physical damage and shredding the armor of enemies who are under continuous fire. Armor reduction stacks and lasts 2 seconds.
This is Corki's bread and butter. Deals a large amount of physical damage over the course of 4 seconds, and reduces armor too. Great for clearing jungle camps, creep farming, fighting, team fights, and basically anything else.
(Active): Corki fires a missile in a line that will explode and deal magic damage in an area upon colliding with the first enemy it hits.
Corki can only fire a missile if he has missiles stored, and can store up to 7 missiles. Corki stores one missile every 10 seconds.
This is a great ultimate. Long range, spammable, decent damage, what more could you ask for? Oh, and every 4th one is called 'Big One' and will deal more damage in a larger area. Very good for large creep waves, team fights, and finishing off running players.
Why I get the items above....
This is the obvious boots choice for Corki. Faster firing means faster creep farm, which results in more gold! In addition, this works well with your Phantom Dancer and you will be able to get more hits off on your opponent. Though some AD Carries such as Ezreal or GankPlank get Ionian Boots of Lucidity, I believe that Corki has decent cooldowns. Decent movement speed, increased attack speed, what more could you ask for? Pick up Berserker's Greaves if you ain't a Whiskey Delta ;)
Here, we have our good ol' The Bloodthirster. Great attack damage, great lifesteal, and gives great stats the more creep kills you get. At max stacks, this will give the second highest AD in the game. Another core item that I always recommend when playing Corki.
Another core item, this item provides an insane amount of utility and overall damage. Since you spam rockets in teamfights, spellblade will always be available. Always get this after bloodthirster.
Honestly, this is the item that all AD Carries should get at one point in the game, regardless of play-style. It has the highest attack damage bonus in the game, at least for an item... Not only that, but it gives you 25% critical chance and your critical strikes now deal 250% instead of 200%. This combined with your Phantom Dancer will result in much more damage potential.
What what happens late game, when your opponents have lots of armor? This item, combined with Gatling Gun will shred the tanks in seconds... Low cost, good armor penetration, results in a good item. I highly recommend it.
