lost chapter[*] hah... this is the items you wanna go for early on and in that order you normally have a massive mana problem if you stay in lane for 2 long and will lost chapter solve and boots of swiftness[*] will boost your already insane poke by giving you more speed and lower slows and morrellas[*] is very good early on for ekko because it deals with the mana issue completly and gives LOADS of ap and a good chunk of cdr and with the help of nashor's tooth[*] you will hit the cdr cap and boost your passive A LOT and increasing your poke potential and dmg
