The reason

First off, Cinder hulk is op,we all know this.Plus the fact that Ekko is a high cc champion,high mobility champion,and has just op AOE abilities,i thought he would be best as a tank jungler.
starting with gauntlet gives him armor,mana(so no oom) and even more cc from a gank.With full build,you are a tanky,banana peeling master with your blue PVC pipe of death.

Jungling

Start jungle with Red buff,use your w before it spawns.
Then take wraiths,wolfs and Blue buff.If you take scuttle at this time you should have over half health and be able to gank.If lanes are pushed,Take Gromp and go B,buying your trailblazer
