Introduction
Well, there's a few good reasons why this would work.
First of all, it lets you kite. So you don't take so much damage.
Second of all, You are TANKY!!! You can take more punishment than other ADCs!
Lastly, Tanks can't really stand up to you! Because you have the % Health damage, you have the armor shredding, and you have some CC! All the things tanks HATE!! As well, you can last in team fights because you have Life Steal and mana!

Really the main features of this build are what you can do with the items built. You have a LOT of kiting potential as well as amazing poke! But really it's the ability to catch or run away from opponents, as well as being able to take down tanks with ease. Because Black Cleaver, Lord Dom's, and BoRK make it so you are a massive threat to tanks because not only do you destroy their armor, you also shred their health if they have a lot, which most tanks do. Let's say they have a Cho'Gath who has 4000 Health, well you alone will do MASSIVE Damage to them! Because first, Lord Dom's allows you to do up to 15% more damage just because they have more HP, then BoRK will come into play with 4% of their current HP turned into damage you output, basics alone will do around 600 or more to really tanky people. So let's take the 4000 and run it thru calculation. With BoRK you will do 160 more Damage at the start. Then with Lord Dom's, you're looking at doing around 400 more damage than usual.
There was a match in Ranked where they did all tank, and I did this, I was doing 900 or more damage to the tanks. But we still lost because only myself and a Vel'Koz were doing damage and our tank wouldn't peel. As well, our Graves jungle barely knew what they were doing and wouldn't build like me. But in anycase, there is a lot of damage output from this build, it really works best if they have 2 or more tanks on their team. If it's all tank, you building this basically means GG.

With this, all you really need to do is basic and Q in teamfights, but Q often as you will get Attack Speed from your passive and then be sure to basic so other members can do damage to them as well, because their armor will be cut like butter and that's really good if you have 3 AD Team members. Because they will not have to worry about not doing damage. As well, you can catch out anyone who tries to get away from the fight, all you have to do is Q them, and Basic! You might not need anyone to peel for you because you're tanky and you have some life steal so you can sustain during fights.
