Edit- I added an escape plan chapter and changed my masteriers ( tried it out and it works well ). I'm going to add more coding to make it look better soon.
Two: The only magic resist item you have in your cheat sheet is Mercury's Treads. This is a problem because if someone looks at your guide just to get a build, the enemy casters are going to destroy them. I would suggest replacing Thornmail with Banshee's Veil in your cheat sheet, then just suggest Thornmail in your Items section.
Three: I saw you had coding in your skills section, I would recommend adding icons to every other section as well, to make it more visually pleasing.
Four: 21-0-9 just seems kind of lackluster for me on Irelia. It really doesn't increase your damage that much, and the damage that it adds to your Equilibrium Strike from Burning Embers and Archmage's Savvy doesn't really compare to extra experience, lower cooldowns on skills and summoner spells, longer buff duration, and a shorter respawn time. I would try going 9-0-21 if you haven't.
Five: Your skill order. I know the damage from Equilibrium Strike is nice, but Irelia should only be in a solo lane (mid/top). Being a solo lane champ, you need as much sustain as you can get, as fast as you can get it, which is why you should max out Hiten Style first. So max out Equilibrium Strike second? I used to do that, but now I find maxing out Bladesurge first increases my damage, and lets me chase better because of the lower cooldown. Whereas Equilibrium Strike can't be used for chasing, the stun isn't much longer and it still won't do more damage then Bladesurge once you get Sheen. Hiten Style active + Sheen + Bladesurge = Someone's getting hurt.
Six: You mispelled Hiten Style in your Skill Sequence/Skill Order sections. I notice that your second one is more of what you do when you're fighting an enemy champion, so you might want to rename it to "Spell Rotation", or "Your Role in a Team Fight". Another con for Irelia is she is very item reliant.
Fix some of this stuff up and I might vote.
Edit: Sorry, forgot something. You also have no escape mechanisms, Equilibrium Strike and Exhaust can only be used on one person so you're probably going to die when you're being ganked by multiple people. I would suggest replace Exhaust or Ignite with Flash on your cheat sheet, and then just recommend whichever one you take out in your Summoner Spells section.
