Threats to Pantheon with this build
|Amumu||This little guy is known for having pretty bad early clears. He will usually be low and out of mana so he cant fight back. His only escape is also his only cc, so he is forced to use it on you and not be able to get away or run and not fight.|
Pantheon is an easy to play early game monster. He has amazing damage and with his passive he can be pretty durrible. Pantheon does not require amazing mechanics to play and is similar to TF in the fact you need to be watching the map to play him to his fullest.
The above matchups are based on early game 1v1s
Hey guys, I'm J3R3MYism. I am a Silver jungler and I currently have a 78% winrate on Pantheon. I have experience playing with ranked teams ranging in mid silver to low diamond, and I spend much of my league time watching pro play such as LCK and the LCS regions. So you could say I know what a jungler should be doing throughout the game.
Pros / Cons
Great early game
Easy to play
One of the best gap closers in the game
High impact champion
Weak late game
Bad damage if you dont build damage
All or nothing champ

In the early game you need to be looking to either get your lanes ahead or to get yourself ahead. How you do this is to gank easy to gank lanes and to go and kill the enemy jungler. If you blow a lane's flash you should be looking to camp that person and get free kills.
You should stay away from the botlane until you have your R. Talk with your botlane and have the enemy push to you. Use your ult to get behind the enemys and go from there.
When clearing the jungle you really dont want to use your e unless you are hitting 2 or more monsters. This is because the skill uses a good chunk of mana and you will actually do more damage autoing against one target. Use your Q whenever it is up and dont be afraid to hog the blue buff, you are afterall a carry champion. If your mid laner isnt destroying everyone, I would take every blue.
What you want to do with your W is to stun the big monsters when they are about to attack. This will take a couple trys to get it, but it isnt hard.
When clearing the jungle you want to stun the big monsters and kill the small ones first. Doing this will result in you taking the least ammount of damage in the jungle. Killing the big monsters is generally faster but you will take greatly increased damage. Why you dont want to be at a higher HP on Pantheon while jungling is because you should be looking to go into the enemy jungle if you dont have a good target to gank. You should be able to 1v1 most jungler champs (See list above).
If you farm the jungle correctly you can leave the jungle at about 80% hp and level 3.
Ganking on Panteon is really easy and even more effective. His W is a point and click, stunning gap closer. The best way to gank is with a flash W and then you burst with your E and Q. Often times people will flash after you get your stun off and then not only did you force their flash but you forced them back. If you gank a top laner and they TP back to lane, you should be looking to gank them right away. Why you do this is because then you will force them to back again and they will miss a couple waves of xp and gold. This can win your toplane in the first 4-5 minutes of the game. If you want to be really mean you can camp them from there.
REMEMBER: Pantheon is one of the best early tower diving champs with his w and his passive.
You should be looking to camp lanes really hard on Pantheon. His farming is not the best, so you want to make up for that by getting lots of kills or by getting your lanes as many kills as possible. You should be looking to camp laners that are imobile or people who are pushing hard. Pantheon has some of the best and easiest ganks in the game.
If you are struggling to get off quality ganks or you dont think that you can gank certain lanes, you can look to go into the enemy jungle and kill them.
Refer to my matcup chart above for more info on your early game 1v1 potential.
Mid Game/Late Game
The mid game is possibly the hardest part in the game for a Pantheon player, this is where you will either make it or break it. For the most part you should be looking to punish anyone on the enemy team who is either overextending or looking to tower dive anyone who has poor waveclear.
Also Pantheon is a great split push champion if your team is lacking in side wave pressure. When doing this you want to harrass the enemy with your Q and go in when they are low. You have a pseudo TP with your Grand Skyfall, so you can use that to help out in a potential fight breaking out.
After you kill or send people back you need to be taking objectives. You should for the most part be looking to take towers. Dragons are nice but the ones you should really put a focous on are the infernal and mountain drakes. The other two are nice but these two will help you close a game out faster.
Remember you dont have the best late game so early leads are a must for you.
During the late game you want to be doing similar to what you do in the mid game but you should be looking to take baron over towers and dragons.
Teamfighting as Pantheon is really straight forward. You want to blow up the enemy teams carries so they have no damage. Your ult is a rather tricky thing to use correctly, because if you arent tanky enough you will get focoused down and killed right away.
How I like to use the ult is something along the lines of being secondary engage. What I mean by this is you ult in as one of your teamates engages or if the enemy team engages on your team. This is really effective because your cicrle from Grand Skyfall will be easy to lose track of and you can kill or remove their carries from the fight right away.
Pantheon is a really fun champion and he has a lot of carry potential as well as being relitivly simple to use to his fullest. This is the type of champ that you play when you want to hard carry games. He is a strong agro pick and you dont need to be a mechanical god to play him.
I will update this guide more if anything new happens with the champion
