why no ignite? When i play GP i use to get Executioner's Calling and Ignite... with this + passive Grog Soaked Blade you have a great DoT (damage over time).
Well that's not the point of this build. Either way, you don't need another ignite if you have your Grog soaked blade. I look to solve gangplank's problems with cc and blink. Why play DoT when you could just play carry? If it's for harassment in mid maybe but I'd like to see that build.

Rather, you need a couple of carries for the kills you hand out to make an impact. There aren't many teams where this build won't help. Feeding a Ryze is good enough, even if you're lacking a physical carry.
