Quick dominion build i'm testing for now. Focus on critzzz and cooldown reduction!
Advice?

Pros:

• Parrrley crits = joy
• Remove scurvy and Raise morale to flea
• Ulti very useful on Dominion (prevent capp, in jungle, ...)

Cons:

• Very squishy
• First to be focused

Classic 21/0/9 for GangPlank.
The boost for Fantom is a must in Dominion

Runes used :

Critzzz
CD reduction (more Parrley!)

3x times crits to have a nice boost on your Parrrley at the beginning.

At the beginning:

• 2x Parrrley
• 1x Raise morale

If you rush top, by the time you get there, you can get the 1st Remove scurvy.

After up Parrrley and Raise Morale.

Finish the Remove scurvy in the end 'cause the real goodie is the anti crowd on this one.

Beginning:

[*] Cloak of Agility and Boots for a quick rush to top and great parrley when up there.

First back:

[*] Get Sheen, it had your attack damage to Parrley before the critics is calculated. It demultiplies your power!

Then:

[*] Rush your Infinity Edge because each attack damage point = 2 damage points on your Parrley (Sheen + Special)

[*] Phantom Dancer for crits and attack speed. you are now officialy badass!

[*] I like to do The Brutalizer for CD reduction, plus moar attack damage! Turn it into Youmuu's Ghostblade when you can

[*] Finish your Trinity Force, you can buy Phage first instead of Zeal if you feel like you need more snare than your passive can offer
