Spells:
Flash
Ignite
Ability Order
Serpentine Grace (PASSIVE)
Cassiopeia Passive Ability
Introduction
Pretty standard for casters, for dmg output thru the whole game.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power :
Its the best for ap casters combined to your rune setup.
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration :
Cause your r spamming your abilities and cause of that you need some mana regeneration.
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power :
Dmg output, it is very recommend.
I took Flash because cassiopeia just doesnt have a good escaping mechanism, i know she can slow and speed up and her ulti can stun BUT sometimes its better just not to waste your ulti you know? You can use Miasma and just Flash away, easy escaping.
I took Ignite because your Poison + Ignite will give you an easy kill early and you can finish off champion easier, its just an nice dmg boost combined with your poison. remember if your enemy rly is at low hp use Noxious Blast only if you can be sure he will die.
You could Use Ghost and replace Flash if you dont like Flash. its an good escaping mechanism too. But i like Flash more because its just faster and easier, flash is so good for many situations.
After casting a spell any subsequent spellcasts will cost 10% less for 5 seconds. This ability stacks up to 5 times.
Explanation:
This passive really synergizes with her playstyle. Most of the time you can safely spam your harass abilities with out worrying TOO much about mana problems.
Q:
Cassiopeia blasts an area with a delayed high damage poison dealing 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+90% Ability Power) over 3 seconds, granting her 15% / 17.5% / 20% / 22.5% / 25% increased Movement Speed if she hits a champion for 3 seconds.
Explanation:
This is Cassiopeia's bread and butter skill. Noxious Blast enables you to safely poke and harass your lane opponent. It deals tons of Damage-over-time and is really useful when farming creep waves.
W:
Cassiopeia releases a growing cloud of poison that last for 7 seconds. Any enemy that passes through it is poisoned for 2 seconds, dealing 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+15% Ability Power) each second and slowing them by 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% / 35
% contious exposure renews this poison.
Explanation:
Miasma brings a lot of utility to Cassiopeia's kit and can be used to farm creeps efficiently, chase, and kite enemies around to ultimately bring them to their demise.
NOTE: After the recent patch Miasma now grants vision so can scout bushes and areas of interest by laying it down.
E:
Cassiopeia deals 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+55% Ability Power) magic damage to her target. If the target is poisoned then Twin Fang's cooldown is reduced to .5 seconds..
Explanation:
This skill has to be the funnest thing about Cassiopeia. Once you poison your enemy with either Q or W, this skill's cooldown is reduced SIGNIFICANTLY. You can think of it as Urgot's because once you poison an enemy you can proceed to spamming the hell out of Twin Fang.
NOTE: For experienced players, it is recommended that you smart-cast Twin Fang to save alot of time when spamming it.
R:
Petrifying GazeCassiopeia deals 200/325/450 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemies in front of her. Enemies facing her are stunned for 2 seconds while enemies facing away are slowed by 60%.
Explanation:
Cassiopeia's Gaze can be very situational but if used correctly it can demolish the other team. It does a decent amount of damage in an AoE Cone.
Always try to land your ultimate when multiple champions are facing you to maximize her ultimate's capability.
During the laning phase try to last hit as much as possible while also harassing the enemy with Q everytime he goes in for a last hit. If you happen to land a Q on the enemy you can proceed to hit a few E's on him while the poison effect persists. In most matchups you can safely play aggressive and ultimately dominate your lane by denying the enemy last hits and experience.
Mid Game:
During mid-game it is important that you pull off some ganks on the other lanes while your lane is pushed to the enemy tower. If you see the opposing jungler ganking top or dying, you can take advantage of that by taking dragon quickly. If none of these instances occur, then you can proceed to farming your lane with Miasma and Noxious Blast.
Late Game
During the late stages of the game usually a lot of teamfights will erupt. Make sure to set down your Miasma in places where the enemy is likely to clump up. If the other team clumps up together you can take advantage of that by getting them all with your ultimate. Pulling off a good ultimate on multiple targets can give you a huge advantage and ultimately win an entire teamfight. Remember, positioning is key in teamfights so you always want to be positioned in a fashion that you can safely deal damage without the worry of dying. If your tanks happen to die you should be able to kite your enemies and either kill them or run away scotch-free.
