Alright, this guide is for trolling so hard that you will have fun 24/7.
If you can get some friends and play with them that would be good.
You can make nice combos with Blitzcrank, Shaco, etc.

Runes

This really doesnt matter, you can have any runes you want.

Masteries

As I already mentioned go for AP Defense masteries 21-9, or similar, you can choose support masteries, anyway you gonna kick ***.

Items

Aight let me put it like this.
Rod of Ages - You cant kill a cow.
Iceborn Gauntlet - Slow em so they cant run.
Nashors Tooth - Hit them like a ****ing cow.
Spirit Visage - Because you dont care about enemies AP.
Trinity - Bonus all, kill all.
Boots, homeguard - so you be fast at your home.

Ranked Play

Now I wouldnt recommend it, but if you see your ADC is useless like mine in 80% go for this build and you will win like 75%.
Also try to do some teamwork, even if you are a cow you cant kill em all, alone.
