While I do understand that this guide wasn't made to impress anyone, I think that people appreciate it when you go the extra mile to explain things, give reasons, and make the guide aestetically pleasing.
Now about the Build :
1.If you really think that about your runes why don't you change them.
2.People aren't stupid. You don't have to explain every single item you need to get before building it into another.
3.Your build has too little mana.
4.Why use both Flash and Ghost? They're both escape spells, and you can keep one (f.e. Flash) and instead of the other one (f.e. Ghost) and take another spell that is better. Ghost+Exhaust, or Flash+Teleport, etc.

Also, it's OK to theory-craft the rune page, and make smart guesses as to which runes help Miss Fortune more. You don't have to use the same runes you are stuck with on your rune page.

Here's a tip. get rid of the foul language. It made reading the guide very difficult. If you take a more formal tone with your reader you will appear more professional, and will earn more of their respect for your guide. Personally, with the cuss words and informal tone, i had some trouble taking you seriously. No offense intended.

I didn't mean to say that this can't work (in the end player skill is always going to be the deciding factor), it's just not optimal imo.

The tone of my initial post may be negative (sorry about that), but please consider some of the things I suggested. Have you tried leveling Double Up first?

Well thanks for taking the time to read bro... Really Appreciate it... But yeah, I do admit my Runes are SO ****ED UP, since I didn't know what I was buying at the time and I just bought whatever I could get at the time; like I said in the disclaimer...

I just wanted to share the build that made my MF a badass killer through out my whole LoL career... So thanks for the criticism man... Really appreciate it

Ehm....There are some issues I have with this guide:
  • Why would you max Make it Rain? It is an ability that scales with AP and is virtually useless for AD Miss Fortune. It should only be maxed on AP Miss Fortune. Your Double Up deals amazing damage when maxed early and is your main harassing tool in lane, level it.
  • Your mastery setup is ehm.... not optimal to say the least :P
Use 21/0/9 masteries, you need 4 points in Awareness to level faster. 2/3 in Archmage's Savvy is bad (it's bad enough you even have to invest 1 point in it) and 2/2 in Offensive Mastery is also not needed since lasthitting is a case of timing your auto-attack correctly.
  • 2x Phantom Dancer, even though you have your Strut to give you great mobility. Also no defensive items even though Banshee's Veil is a standard pick on pretty much every AD carry right now. I'm sorry, but again this isn't optimal.
  • The Greater Glyph of Scaling Attack Damage is possibly the worst rune in game. 0,04 attack damage per level?? That's absolutely useless. Get 9x Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction (since cooldown reduction is hard to itemize for on an AD carry) or 9x Greater Glyph of Magic Resist/ Greater Glyph of Attack Speed instead.
I would also use either 3x Greater Quintessence of Desolation or 3x Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage, there's no need to increase your critical strike damage even further if you already buy Infinity Edge (it's also less effective that way)
Attack speed seals are not bad but Miss Fortune has some serious mana issues during the early game, consider getting 9x Greater Seal of Replenishment.
  • Ghost + Flash is a rather selfish choice. It might help you escape, but having Exhaust could potentially rescue teammates as well because of the damage reduction. Also, if you fight another AD carry 1 v 1 and that carry uses Exhaust on you, you're never gonna win the fight. Exhaust >> Ghost.
  • 'Always try to take mid'. That is exactly what an AD Carry should not be doing. I don't know whether you're aware of this, but in the current metagame it is standard for an AD carry to lane in the bottom lane together with a support champion like Sona, Alistar or Taric. You get all the farm while the supports buys gold/10 items like Philosopher's Stone/ Heart of Gold and if possible you try to kill the enemy carry/support. The mid lane is where AP Carries (mages) like Annie, Malzahar, Brand and Anivia lane, not Miss Fortune!
  • I'm not sure whether this is meant to be just a build or an actual guide, but you miss a lot of information. You could/should explain why you buy certain items, why you use certain runes, why you choose these masteries etc. Also, list alternative runes, masteries and items. Make a section about what makes Miss Fortune a good pick (a basic Pros/Cons section), the abilities that Miss Fortune has, why you choose to level Make it Rain first etc.
  • You have a serious lack of icons and colours. Use them to make your guide look more visually appealing. For more information check jhoijhoi's guide about Making a Guide.

I'm sorry, based on the quality of this guide I should downvote. I won't, since I think everyone deserves a chance to respond to criticism first (and possibly change parts of the guide), but right now this guide doesn't look very good imho.
