I've changed it some more, and now I've actually published it :p

instead of getting a aegis of the legion, you now get a item depending on the next defensive item you're planning to get. so a wardens mail or a negatron cloak, hopefully they will make it easier to finish your trinity if you are having difficulty due to the added bulkiness.

@Cow guru7

I dont see the changes :) u sure u clicked publish, after saving them? :)

1. Same happened to me. Many people don't know what hard leash is.
2. I'm also not big fan of Wriggle's, just saying, that it is cheap and speeds up jungle/dragon/baron due to its passive.
4. TBH i think i rarely use Aegis, if i'm not playing support :) Not sure if it'll work on Heca. I prefer buying Giant's Belt Which with your guide can be later converted into Frozen Mallet or Chain Vest which doesn't build up into anything with your guide, so is not viable or Hexdrinker. Depends what you need. I leave stuff like Aegis of the Legion and Shurelya's Battlesong to supports :), instead i take Randuin's Omen (it is only 1k more than Aegis of the Legion and you can build Heart of Gold for increased income and some hp) and sometimes Youmuu's Ghostblade (not big fan of this item, thou seems working pretty good on Hecarim).
5. It's propably the matter ot playstyle :) I'm going more tanky, because i don't like the idea of Xin Zhao'ing (:D) like getting into enemy team, damage as much as possible and propably die :> Don't forget, that if you go pure damage, enemies will start building Thornmail's, because of you and your ad carry - it can really turn the tides of war (beautifully said). Remember, that naturally, close range fighters deal more damage than ranged fighters with same build, that's why you can build them more sustain oriented and still be good damager and why you don't see stuff like tank Ashe :)

But still it's quite tempting - true that Hecarim can really fast get to enemy carry and kill him with fear effect on and this build but i think if you dont manage to do that or they have hard counter initiator like Alistar (hate playing against good one - wonder if his headbutt breakes your ulti (?) gotta check that out) or Janna, then if your team is not fast enough, to get to you, you're pretty much deadman, and carry will heal him/herself from few hits with Bloodthirster's. Propably it just (as everything else) depends on team composition and stuff like that. :)

sometimes i feel like i'm writing too much...

Cheers

^ I've read your comment and have made a few changes:

1. I guess your right, i hardly ever get a pull good enough to be able to do a gank on my first trip, I've changed it so that you start with cloth armor.

2. personally, I think wriggles is a waste on hecarim, the free wards are nice but i only really need to go back once or twice, as sustain isn't a problem other than right at the start.

3. Your right, randuin's omen works a lot better;P

4. Would it be good if you got a aegis of the legion if you're having difficulty while saving up for trinity?

5. from my experience, Hecarim survives really nicely in teamfights with his W. and usually i can just charge into them with R and fear them all. the carries are usually dead by the time the fear wears of, and even if they do survive and target me. thats some damage not aimed at the carry. due to the offensive items either I deal tons of damage or they don't target the carry, who then shoots them to bits.

Thanks for the comment

Okay so here is what i think :)

1.Starting with boots and 3 pots is hard road, and requies a hard leash - if not done correctly no early ganks, and sometimes even ends up porting to base after blue (tried few times).
2.Maybe it's me but a jungler without wriggle is like no jungler :/ it allows you to do early dragon, as well as gives you sustain and speed up jugle like hell
3. Thornmail is situational item. You buy it when enemy ad carry is like 9/2 or more there are better items like Randuin's Omen etc
4.Rushing Trinity Force may be hard - if you do not manage to kill 2-3 enemies and fast jungling its better to buy 2 items from trinity, then some healthor another form os sustain and then finish trinity (my own experience with Hecarim. BUT if you manage to rush it early - you're like god :)
5. I agree with Maw and Youmuu ad a damage items, but the rest items are really useless - you gonna be in the middle of teamfight and mostly take all the enemy cc's straight into your face - without sustain items youre done, before even having time to react

Assumig - its propably a good build for ganks and 1v1ing, but definetly lacks sustain on teamfights. Your only hope is that enemies gonna gocus your solo topper (what propably wont happen) if not - they'll stun you and eat. Your main damage should come from q and Sheen passive.

Geez it seems like im trolling :O well IT IS possible, that this build may work, but I generally dont like doing melee glass cannons - it's ranged ad job to shred the enemy team with damage - you should gain aggro and deal decent damage.

ALTHOU I am actually going to try out this build (despite im terrible jungler) and ill leave feedback what do i think about it. Wish ya best man, i'm not voting unless i try it out. What i wrote here is only my opinion. :)

Also visit please My Hecarim guide and leave feedback what do you think about it.

ps. too many colors as for me ;) reminds me of skittles

Please remember, this is my first guide, so be nice.
constructive criticism is good, I even like it. Just don't go trolling or flaming for no reason.
