Soul here and this build is for those who know Hiemerdingers skills already and have played as him a handful of times but are having a hard time with him. Well maybe try a few different strategies couldn't hurt right? Here I have not really explained your skills but put forth some things that might be useful and help you to be a better Hiemerdinger. Here we have hiemerdinger, a very defensive champion with some wild uses. His abilities include:
H-28G Evolution Turrets, his Hextech Micro-Rockets, ch-1 Concussion Grenades, and UPGRADE! All very useful if in the right situation. something i want to say here that will save your lives a hundred times with this character, be very wary of the map. You are not a tank or melee character your minions and turrets are your only defense. So stay behind your minions, set your turrets down and kill them minions!

this is your early game strategy, minion kills. your are extremely squishy so get minion kills and get your items. now if an enemy is stupid enough to run and try to take you under your turrets, then you have a much safer time to take them out. Two strategy minions for money and take stupid champs lives. if you find yourself being chased then you can run back to turret if your close enough, use UPGRADE! while your turrets are down to cause some slow on your enemies and try to get away then or you can use UPGRADE! and stay and kill the enemy champ and get some bonus gold. but know your limits master Wayne. but we have completely forgotten the use of your rockets? Oh no sir your rockets are a very very useful ability. Use this skill when a champ is close to you and you can really put the hurt on after that stun you enemy near your turrets with your concussion grenade and then use UPGRADE!. now there is some damage for you.
