Ok... So basically, this build requires patience. You max E and just spam it. Normally you prioritize Q with Nasus, this isn't the case. While you should still focus Q strikes and build stacks, this build is intended to annoy and slowly decimate your opponent until you do enough E damage to take 30 to 40% of their hp with 1 E. Also, by going AP Susan, your Q cooldown is quicker when ULT is activated. So I would basically burn Ultie just to take a tower down quicker. Play wisely. This build makes him very squishy til you get HP. You can go tank but make sure you have Liandry's And Demonic mixed in there somewhere. Good luck!
