Introduction
Tired of losing in summoner's rift because your idiot teammates fed the other lanes? Play some Dominion and have fun while you're doing it with the 2 builds provided. Dominion is also a place where you can practice playing your champions and getting used to their abilities. Games are usually short, which is also a good thing.
He's a great AD offtank that can do a crazy amount of damage with little or no items.
Honestly, I think Fizz is OP on Dominion. He has amazing poke and harass, and can hop out of any sticky situation.
I like to max Heartseeker Strike after Spear Shot because it does a lot more damage than your stun, which scales off of AP.
Fizz's Seastone Trident does the most damage out of all of his abilities, in my opinion. After that, I like to max Urchin Strike because it procs Lich Bane.
I always start off Phage. After the first fight is over, I buy my Boots. Once I get enough money, I buy Giant's Belt. Now here is where you decide what to build next:
OR
Does their team have 2 or 3 AP and a lot of CC? Then buy Mercury's Treads. Are you dominating and want to get more kills? Berserker's Greaves
After boots, I finish my Frozen Mallet and start building situationally.
SITUATIONAL ITEMS
Is the game fairly even on both sides? Buy this.
Is your team winning and you want to keep dominating? Buy this.
Is their team's AP fed and you want more damage with magic resist? Then buy this and upgrade it to Maw of Malmortius
Is their team mostly AP and you want some more survivability? Then buy this.
I hardly doubt you'll get this far into the game to buy this, but if you do, buying Atma's Impaler will give you some more damage.
Depending on who their team is and who your team is, I build two ways:
FIRST BUILD (weak early game, burst/tanky late game)
SECOND BUILD
Now, time to go into more detail about each build.
The first build is pretty self-explanatory. Just build according to their team and you will get plenty of kills.
The second build is a little riskier, but you get a lot more kills with. Once you get enough gold, your first real purchase should be Sheen. After that, buy Sorcerer's Shoes. Now, depending on how well you are doing, you can either buy a Needlessly Large Rod or finish off your Lich Bane. Either way is fine. After that, just build whatever you need to beat their team and you should be getting 20+ kills.
Both of these champions go top.
After you buy your items, start activating your Heartseeker Strike. Do this 4 times to activate your passive, Aegis Protection. When your whole team arrives, you can initiate with your Aegis of Zeonia. After that, focus their squishies and hopefully your team won the fight. If not, it's okay, theres plenty more opportunities.
When the fight breaks out, turn on Seastone Trident and Urchin Strike into one of the enemies. Keep attacking them unless you start to get focused. Then you can Playful / Trickster out of there and redo your combo. If your team loses the fight, back off and wait for your team to come back and fight again.
