Why Guinsoo's rageblade?

You have a lot of wave clear with this item. After you have ramped it up and have 8 stacks you will get AoE wave clear with your basic attacks and your Q. You also have dual scalings on your abilities which means that Rageblade and Hextech is great on Ezreal.

Why tear?

I don't know how, but when you auto attack with rageblade you get tear stacks. Also it empowers your Q and AA.

How to play Hybrid Ezreal.

In the early game, try and poke as much as possible, you might get a flash or even a kill. Don't Waste your flash, try to use your E. With your kiting abilities with e, try to juke and duel your opponents for an easy kill. If you see a big creep wave, use your ult it has a short cooldown. Use your ult to help other lanes or secure kills in other lanes. Before teamfights ult for some huge damage, since it has a dual scaling it deals tons of damage.
