I have been told by some mod that my holy scriptures that i have documented here are aparently offensive
1. Guides like this need to be in the humor category in guide settings
-Fixed, moved to humor section
2. You spammed to reach the 5k character limit
-Cut all text down, cmoplete guide now has around 1500 words, including spoilers and coding.

First of all, i will say that this guide, while written for those of us that enjoy trolling, does work surprisingly well.
Zilean has one of the highest levels of base damage for his Time Bomb and his ultimate can be ridiculous with the large amount of ability power you will gain from using this build. The build DOES work, as i have tried it with my buddy, lukyo and have lost maybe 2/10 games that i have played using this build. It is recommended that you use this build with friends, who can play to compliment your build and play style, so that you may still do well.My goal with this guide is to have it achieve the lowest possible rating for a
