Lets go over things from start to finish.

1. Taking TP AND Ignite leaves you with no reliable escape. Of course you could use a Bladesurge bait to get away, but it's too situational.

2. Why so much CdR? You take flat CdR glyphs AND Ionian Boots of Lucidity. Once you have a Phage, you have enough sticking power to have 0 CdR and stick to people using Equilibrium Strike.

3. Speaking of Runes, yours are terrible. Irelia does true damage that scales with Attack Speed, so Armor Pen makes no sense. Your Quints are everywhere, and should just be changed to AD or AS.

4. Pick one of the Following: Youmuu's Ghostblade, Bloodthirster. You don't need both. Plus you should be getting The Brutalizer early if you are going Youmuu's Ghostblade, since it's a snowball item. Replace the first item with something like a Randuin's Omen for sticking power. Then go with a Bloodthirster or a Youmuu's Ghostblade.

5. Your masteries leave you VERY squishy early. Consider going 9/14/7 masteries to be able to tank minions while keeping most of your damage and mana sustain.

6. Your guide is ugly and hard to read.

7. Put more effort into your Abilities Usage section. It's really vague. Talk about using your Bladesurge on a minion that is low on health to gapclose to your opponent. You just kinda say to hit them alot and then use your Hiten Style before you start attacking them.

8. In your cons, you say that she is squishy. It's your build that MAKES her squishy. She has no innate tankiness, so you have to build some after your core ( Trinity Force).

These are just my opinion, so you don't have to listen to them. BUT, if you want more CONSISTENT SUCCESS, following some of these are going to help.

Bad guide... no formatting, lacks detail and the main build (items, runes, masteries) just don't fit the champion at so many level it hurts

no coding and some stuff just seems random. Nashors tooth and Infinity Edge aren't good on Irelia. Also so much attack speed is useless with that little AD especially if enemy starts buying armor. Armor penetration or attack damage runes and items would be so much better

i know and i normally sell wits end and pick up maw of maltorus or however you spell it which will put her at around 280 ad at the end with a decent attack speed. i will add last whisper to the alternate choice of nashors tooth thankyou for the idea.
