Things to (re)consider

• As I mentioned in my previous post: I like going IE-Shiv-LW. You don't 'rush' LW since it is your 3rd item.
• Overall I see no need in having 3 kinds of starting items, I would go doran's if I have lifesteal quints, and probably boots+pots if I don't.
• Cleanse is kinda questionable to be your recommended summoner spell besides Flash because it is quite situational. I would go with barrier in most games.
• Overall I do not consider warmog's and mallet viable defensive items anymore. I would go with banshee's / GA in about 90% of my games. Scimitar in 9% and randuin's in the other 1%. Besides that, your defensive item can be your 6th item if you feel like you don't need it.
• I don't feel like you use the term 'kiting' appropriately in your 'Tactical play' section. I feel like you mean to say 'trading (hits)'. Kiting is more like staying at range (through orb walking) while dueling.

Things you should add

• Pretty much the things you've mentioned in your Outro.

Things you should change

• You can start boots + 4 pots (your guide says 3)
• Your cheat sheet suggests the following early game build order: dorans, Berserker's Greaves, vamp scepter etc. I don't like where the berserker's are. Attack speed early game is a waste, you should rush BF flat out; if you can't get it on first base, get a second doran's + vamp scepter.

Seems alright. Nix the other starting options, Dorans Blade is the only viable option. Barrier is better 8-10 times but Cleanse def has its uses.

- about when to use the rocket launcher.

I don't really like this part. This generalizes a lot. In teamfights you wanna start with rocket launcher but once people start getting on your face and you can no longer abuse the range advantage, you really want the attack speed (110% as is a ridiculous damage increase!) that the minigun gives.

Also, I'm a fan of IE first so I'm not gonna vote.
