Longsword? Why not Doran's Blade? You get the 10 Damage, 100 hp, and 3% Life steal. I know it won't build into anything but if your good at last hitting, this isn't a problem.
No problems with Masteries or Runes, I see them as personal preference and everyone will do what fits for them. Makes Xin pretty tanky early which is really good for getting yourself fed in lane.
Tossing a Warmog's Armor isn't enough. Yes its a ton of Hp and Hp5, but your MR is still at 65 at lv 18 and your Armor doesn't touch 100. I see your going for Damage and Life Steal for a sort of unreliable Survival, Stun + Nuke your toast. Building a Banshee's Veil or something else even a Guardian Angel would be better than just using a Warmog's for Xin IMO.
I like that your basing your build off his passive it seems. Attack Speed is incredible on Xin if you build the Damage behind it, however, I know its about 1K more, but instead of Phantom Dancer get a Trinity Force. Your getting the Move Speed, Crit, some more damage, Hp, Mp, a slow, and your damage skyrockets.
And as I kinda agree with your point about The Brutalizer, a Phage just seems to work out better for me, keeps your target close early game, about the same price, and adds less damage but with your Pen from runes you don't really need it early game due to the fact that unless they are a tank, they have less then 30 armor at the start of the game making them have Negative Armor against you for bonus damage. But Phage gives you some utility in the form of a slow, which helps you and your lane mate in the event of having to GTFO or when they are trying to run from you.
As far as in your Pro's section, he is not easy to master. Just cause he is a straight forward champ with his tool kit, he still has many things to master. Xin isn't just an AD Carry, he can also be an Off-Tank, Tank, Jungler, and Crit Carry.
Overall nice build.
+1 for great build, runes, and skill setup.
great build, worked 4 me.
