Threats to Lee Sin with this build
|Fiddlesticks||This is a pretty easy matchup. Normally what I do Is that I start krugs then rush to his blue and steal it/kill him. If this goes well you can own him but if it goes wrong, you're fucked. Try to engage him after he used his drain on the blue buff.|
Hello Guys, This is doggyjacky, I'M currently gold V on NA and I main Jungle Lee sin. This is one of my first guides so please like , share and comment to support me! This is My Jungle Lee sin guide so I hope you enjoy!
Lee sin is a very versatile champion. He also has so very unique skills like :
-The InSec : The inSec is a mechanic which consists in lee sin going behind an enemy and then kicking him towards his team. This can we done by ward jumping behind him or flashing behind him.
-Another Lee sin mechanic consists in kicking an enemy then flashing to his side or behind him, which will then kick the enemy in the direction opposite of where lee sin flashed. This is much faster than flashing then kicking and needs much more skill and practice to do. This mechanic is also faster than the inSec but costs your flash.
-A cool trick I love to do with lee sin when I'm dueling is to Q the enemy, auto attack twice for energy regen, the kick him and press Q again for maximum damage. This is very easy to do and assures you a kick to the enemy's face.
Pros / Cons
+ Strong early and mid game
+ Very fun to play
+ Can make alot of plays happen
+ Fits into any team composition (can always pick him)
- Doesn't scale well into the late game
- Hard to master
Creeping / Jungling
When Jungling with lee Sin, make sure to start bot side for the bigger leash and always start Q. When the krugs/gromp spawn(s), You should Q it, smite it thème Press Q one more time for maximum damage on the monster. When you finish your camp, you should do the nearest buff (blue or red) and then look for a gank mid if possible or do the scuttle crab or raptors/wolves. If you can continue your jungle/gank, do so but if you can't, you should just back and buy your stalker's blade (which you normally have enouhg gold for) After this you should clear the other side and look for ganks/ counter jungling opportunities.
Jungle tips :
-When Killing a jungle camp, always auto attack twice between spells for the maximum use of your passive's attack speed and clear speed. Example : Q-AA-AA-Q-AA-AA-W-AA-AA-W ... and so on!
-When jungling as Lee sin, you should always (or almost) give your 2nd and next blue buffs to your mid laners (or top sometimes) This will help them alot and you don't really need the energy regen and the cdr.
-When jungling in general, try to buy the most wards possible early game to ward objectives and don't be afraid to make plays and call dragon. ( but don't miss your smite)
I use 21/9/0 masteries for Lee Sin which accents his early game strength by giving him more damage from offense and a bit more survivability from defense. Some of the points can be changed around in the offense tree, for example you can use Sorcery instead of Fury or you can take a point out of Expose Weakness for something else.
I use Greater Mark of Attack Damage, Greater Seal of Armor, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, and Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage which is a standard page for any AD jungler. Anything close to this is fine as well; Greater Mark of Armor Penetration is fine and so are Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist and Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction. I prefer CDR glyphs when the other team doesn't have much magic damage or when my mid laner doesn't need blue. The reasoning being that with 20% cdr (10% from Stalker's blade - Warrior and 10% from runes/masteries), Lee Sin runs out of energy if he spams all of his abilities, but if you get blue buff, you have enough energy regen to sustain spamming everything at 30% CDR.
As far at skill sequencing goes on Lee Sin, always take Q at level 1 and max it first while taking W and E at levels 2 and 3. There has always been a debate about which ability is best to max second. I usually alternate, taking points into W when I feel behind or points into E when I feel ahead. Both abilities in 4.13 were nerfed, but I think leveling W second is usually better because E no longer reduces attack speed.
How To Play Lee sin
In the early game, pay attention to where the enemy jungler starts and which lanes from each team are vulnerable. If the other team's top laner looks gankable, then start on the buff closest to your bot lane so that you can show up top at level 3 with double buffs. If you think it's likely that your top laner is gankable and you see that their jungler started on the bottom buff as well, you can always hide in the bush and look for a counter gank. If you have a really good jungle match up (aka most champions other than Elise), then feel free to counter jungle the other jungler. By fighting the other jungler and taking his camps, it sets them behind and takes pressure off of your lanes because you have vision of their jungler.
Mid game is the period of time when you have STalker's Blade and Sightstone and at this point in the game you want to put as many wards down in the enemy jungle and look to make plays with Dragon's Rage every time it's up. Lee Sin can do dragon pretty easily once he has 2+ points into his W so look to secure that every time it's up. Keep checking buff timers and coordinate invades with your team to steal enemy buffs.
Late game can be a bit awkward on Lee Sin, if you build tanky then you aren't really strong enough to kill anyone and if you build damage then you'll die if you ever go into a team fight. The most useful thing for Lee Sin to do in team fights is to either kick one of their carries into your team or peel for your carries. Try to apply your E to as many people as you can and hope your carries are strong enough to win the fight!
