u won't need boot 2 phantom dancers plus third drake will give u more than 400 movement speed and if u want to know how much damage u will deal with your Q , if u have 600 stacks u will deal 2500 physical damage on your poor enemies .

second build is very useful vs tank toplaners but if they have too many mages i suggest u third build and dont forget that this build plus masteries will give u 40 % cd reduction
