Pretty easy, he has no mobility. Just catch him and don't get in his traps. Don't let this go to late game, he can 2 shot you if he gets fed or completes his build.
Ashe
I call this a skill matchup, as your passives cancel each others. Don't get hit by her Enchanted Crystal Arrow.
Caitlyn
Watch for traps, you outscale easy and out damage her if dodging her Skill-Shots.
Draven
Very high damage, good Dravens are a nightmare. Can 2 shot easy going into late game and horrendously high damage early game. Going to be a tough lane, buy LifeSteal right away.
Ezreal
Tough because of mobility, makes it hard to secure kills if he flashes and teleports.
Lucian
Same as Ezreal's but dashes instead of teleports.
Jinx
Her damage is quite high and she normally build Attack Speed and Crit. Dodge her skill shots and stay away from creeps if she goes to rocket launcher.
Varus
Tough lane after 6, his ultimate locks you down and makes it easy to secure kill making you need to flash or need to have really good peel from your support.
Amumu
Area of Effect stun makes things difficult when he can lock down your whole team. Take care and dodge his skill shot.
Alistar
Careful of his ultimate for tower dives and don't let him get between you and your tower, if he does, you're going to have a bad time by his tower. AoE stun and knock back abilities make this tough.
Bard
Annoyingly efficient. Heals and rooting really messes up your day. Don't let him get close enough to hit you with root and don't follow through tunnels unless you know what's on the other side.
Blitzcrank
DON'T GET HOOKED. You get hooked, you die. Grabs, knock up, and silence all under a second or two. Be very careful.
Annie
Be careful of stun - when she has swirling winds around her she has stun up.
Corki
High mobility, good escape / gap closer. Both Magic and Physical damage. Beware of his ultimate, has a long distance and wider than it looks hit gap.
Kog'Maw
Late game Hyper Carry God. Don't let him get there. Ultimate him and crush him while he's squishy.
Kindred
His Ultimate negates your rend, wait till it ends and then hit some more for the heal to wear off and then finish with Rend. Wash, rinse and repeat for everyone of his team in his circle of invulnerability.
Jax
Don't let him near enough to jump on you and smack you with his lamp post. His stun crushes you and he can't get hit by spears while twirling his post in the air.
Rengar
Don't go near the bushes and if you see an !!! above your head, run away or behind your team enough for him to jump on someone. Build Guardian Angel to repel his all-in deleting abilities and a pink ward to make sure he can't leap out at people.
Teemo
Wait till his blind wears off before trying anything. You can still kite while blinded because it doesn't cancel the action of auto-attacking.
Miss Fortune
High damage, stupidly high damage. Ultimate her if she ultimates you. Very good at executing due to her W's passive.
Tristana
High damage when she hits with bombs, stay away from targets with bombs, including towers. Careful of her all in abilities, as she can jump in, reset her jump with a kill, and jump out.
Vayne
Careful of stun and invisibility, buy a pink ward. Drop it if she goes invisible.
Twitch
High damage and execution abilities, buy a Mercurial Scimitar, at least the Quicksilver Sash part to get rid of stacks when at low health.
Normal runes for an Attack Damage Carry, except for the Armor Penetration runes. I run these for that extra bit of damage to get through to tanks and helps a lot for late game. The flat defense runes help with early game survivability.
