Focus on his Q range.
His abilities are already dodgable without MS, so your W should make it easy.
Akali
At minimum, stay out of her Q range in order to prevent yourself from being chunked.
Walking into melee range is just asking to be slapped in the face by Akali. Her smokescreen is also a pain since you are auto attacked focus and she can wait out your ult duration. You'll be able to save yourself and others from her later in the game, but beware her laning phase.
Camille
Focus on when she tries to go in with E
While her E provides massive range to get on to you, it's also pretty telegraphed. Try to stay far enough that you can dodge her E once she uses the initial cast on a wall.
Cho'Gath
Beware getting too close
As a tank, Cho'Gath doesn't seem that threatening. However, since you will not have resistances like other melee laners, he does a lot more damage to you than expected. Try to stay just far enough that if he lands a Q on you, you won't be punished hard (much of his damage will be from landing multiple hits of his E).
Darius
Watch for his E range. Do not overpush his lane if he has Ghost.
Getting grabbed by Darius is basically a death sentence. However, it makes it very predictable what he wants to do, so just stay out of his E range and you'll be fine. The lane will begin reversing in your favor once you get range at lvl 6.
Be wary if he has Ghost. If you are overpushed, he can simply run you over with Ghost and no amount of slows and speed ups from Q/W will save you.
Dr. Mundo
Stand behind minions to avoid getting poked down by Q.
Laning phase should be very simple against Mundo. The issue is killing him later since fitting grievous wounds into Kayle is difficult. Consider going tank busting items even if he's the only tank threat on the enemy team.
Fiora
Do not overpush.
Fiora is great at chasing you down since her Q is on a low CD. when it lands. Overpushing gives her a larger window of opportunity to kill you. So while she normally won't punish you hard to walk up the wave, she will punish you hard if you are far up in lane.
Gangplank
Watch for his Q and E barrels
The unfortunate part of this match up is his Q is undodgable, and has pretty decent range. The best you can do is try and minimize the damage you take when going for CS, and to pay attention to his barrels.
Garen
Beware getting too close
Garen is a very straightforward champion. Unfortunately he's harder to kite out than other champs since he gets MS from his Q. As long as you do not get too close to him, you can minimize the damage you take.
Gnar
Watch for his mini form Q and mega form W.
Gnar isn't very threatening. He is susceptible to being poked out while in his mini form, and his main source of damage is landing his Q. His auto range is also short early. As long as you don't get CC'd and than hammered with autos, you should be fine.
Illaoi
Stand behind minions. Be ready to dodge Q.
Irelia
Watch for E and low health minions.
Jax
Watch Q range. Kite him out if he dives on you.
Early game you can generally kite him out with a point blank Q and W away when he jumps on you.
Later in the game, he will be impossible to duel as his E will deny a good portion of your damage.
Jayce
Beware auto range and getting too far poked down by his Q.
Kennen
Stand behind minions in order to avoid Q hits. Try to only take liberal amounts of damage from his auto attacks.
Once he hits 6, be more wary of getting in auto range (even once you become ranged).
Kled
Be ready to dodge his Q when possible or when he decides to E in. Him landing either of these abilities probably won't kill you, but chunk you down a good amount.
Once he wastes these abilities, feel free to try and get a few CS. Otherwise stay safe.
Malphite
Similar to Gangplank, he has a point and click Q that will poke you down over time, although he's otherwise not very threatening.
Maokai
While by himself he is not threatening, he has significant CC for ganks. Be sure to ward up and be wary if he starts running towards you.
Mordekaiser
Similar to Darius, watch out for his E and you should be fine. Unlike Darius, he doesn't have any more CC aside from his E, so it should be simpler.
Nasus
He isn't really threatening to you during 1-6, but you also can't exactly poke him out. Later in the game, his W will ruin your day. Would recommend building tank killer items in advance to prepare for his scaling.
Ornn
Don't stand too close that he can W you. He's unlikely to do anything else to you unless he lands it on you.
While he is a tank, he has pretty high base damages, so getting his by his combo will lead you to being chunked
Pantheon
Watch for his passive stacks. If he's not maxed out on stacks, you should be worried about his melee Q poke the most, otherwise once he's maxed out get worried about his W range.
Poppy
Try to minimize taking damage from the 2nd part of her Q (ground explosion) and stay away from walls.
Quinn
Just a pain. Unfortunately, all you can do is try to minimize the amount of time in her auto range, and WARN your teammates when she might be roaming.
Renekton
Stay away from the minion wave. He will predictably try to dash through it in order to land his W and combo you. Staying away from the minion wave gives you extra time to react as he will need to dash once first.
Riven
Just keep a safe distance from her, so long as you can avoid some of her abilities (as she will use some to close distance), you can stay healthy enough. Beware of being all in at lvl 6 if you are in the middle of the lane.
Rumble
Play around his Q range, and be ready to dodge his E.
You should be able to keep a safe distance and play around his CD in order to CS safely.
Ryze
Stay away from the minion wave in order to avoid E+Q damage.
Shen
Be wary of his E range. If he goes through you, he will get empowered Q and you will be significantly chunk with little choice of retaliation because of his W.
Singed
He will presumably perma push you in, so get comfortable landing all the CS under tower.
Sion
Be worried about approaching the minion wave, as he can more easily land his E which will follow with a Q.
As the laning progresses, it should be easier to dodge his Q with enough MS.
Tryndamere
Be wary of his E range.
Similar to Jax, he's pretty predictable, although he's harder to kite out because of the slow on his W.
Urgot
Stay around his auto range and stay on his side that does not have his passive prepared. This will make it easier to dodge his E and minimize damage taken when going up to CS.
Vladimir
Beware his empowered Q and stand behind minions in order to avoid his E damage.
He's unlikely to poke you out with regular Q damage, and you should be able to decently farm enough without danger.
Yasuo
Stay away from the minion wave as he will dash through it. Be ready if possible to avoid his Q (both the regular and tornado version).
Yorick
Pay attention to how many graves are on the floor. He needs at least 3 to summon ghouls. Once you seem his summon animation (or if he has it already spawned), be ready to dodge his E.
He will generally constantly push in, so be prepared to CS under tower.
