There are many rune pages for KindredBukkakeMan. They are all situational but this is the most standard. I'll break them all down.
PTA-Most versatile, Always take if they have even 1 tank on their team
Fleet Footwork- Take when you need mobility vs run at you champs such as Xin Zhao
Dark Harvest- When against full squishy teams you take this and buy a dagger early so you don't lack AS for early game. Best mid/late keystone for Kindred
Electrocute- Take vs permagank junglers so that you can match their pressure (Elise, Ezreal, Camille, etc) NOT IF THEY HAVE TANKS YOU WILL FEEL BAD


SecondaryTertiary/4th/5th runes-
PRECISION-
2nd- Triumph most games. If you're going for early Death's Dance then Overheal+Ravenous works insanely well (think Kai'sa with Death's Dance)
1st/3rd- If you go precision primary and they have tanks go bloodline. If they have a lot of CC go tenacity with unflinching in the resolve tree. Most games, if you go domination always take Alacrity which is generally the best.
2nd/4th- They are all very good. Last Stand is the best one because it allows you to do the most damage especially within your ultimate. This being said Coup de Grace and Cut Down have their obvious uses as well. Make your own decision with this one game to game.

DOMINATION-
1st/2nd- Take a wild guess
3rd- Eyeball collection is stupid good on Kindred. This being said against matchups that vision is integral against, you really need Zombie Ward.
2nd/4th- Ravenous Hunter is the best 80% of the time. You spam your Q so it has great synergy and it also is insane with Death's Dance. Take the other ones if you need more wards or more map presence.

SORCERY
1st- Celerity, no question
2nd- Waterwalking is insane on Kindred. Kindred is a ranged Nunu (sorta like Graves). Let's you secure marks a lot easier as well. Gathering Storm is a noob trap, you scale insanely as Kindred regardless, just help your early game.

RESOLVE
1st- Boneplating or Revitalize. Boneplating is for insane early game duelists (like Xin and Jax). Revitalize potentially is the fight turner for Kindred because it lets you and your team come out of your ultimate just a little bit healthier to turn the fight
2nd- Chrysalis is the quintessential jungle rune. Unfortunately so is Waterwalking so you only take this when you have to go resolve.

W is most damage for first buff. Q is your damage and mobility spell. E max 2nd just isn't good think about it. Use your E inside your ult in duels, proc it twice then hit them a 3rd time when your ult goes down to instakill them.

Pot+CW vs cheese junglers

Warrior most games. BR vs 2 or more tanks. Boots are common sense. Just get zeal, finish it if you need/want to, but you can start building other items here you just need it for damage early on.

No real standard build at this point. But every item is good in their own situation. But the important ones-
RFC- snowballing/squishies
PD- duelists/assasins
BC- pretty standard most games gives you everything you want on kindred
DD- vs assassins, but you build it most games anyways its so good
IBG- best item vs melee champs/ad assassins literally so good
Relic Shield- when you also have to be your own support bc you need to carry
