This is a very nice item against an AD Bruiser like Talon.
This gives Lux all the mana sustain she needs as well as MR for burst mages like LeBlanc.
This item is almost essential on any mage, it gives 120 AP and increases your AP by 30%.
This will give you 20% cooldown reduction as well as max out your CDR.

This has a very effective active since Lux has lots of CC. It will shred health on tanks like Amumu.
