Not sure if I did it correctly but I added in as a situational item now. I also changed my skill order.

This is passable for the most part, but the most glaring issue I see is your skill order. It's completely nonsensical to just dump random points without maxing anything by 9. Try q>e>e>w>e>r... and max order is R > E > Q > W.

Once you fix this and think your guide is 'finished' or 'close to being finished', pm me and i'll change my vote.

Oh sry, I just mean that you should suggest this is a core build. Then in the item section there are Start Items, First and Second Back, Example Build (then maybe this one) and situational items plus maybe you haven't mentioned yet as an situational item.

Ofc I can take a look at it: Nothnig to say about it, it's decent. You can look up furthermore designs you can use if you want to test some different stuff. I can send you some examples then.
I think you should clarify your build paths. Evolve something like a standard build you can usually use like + + + + and . Then you got furthermoe items like if you're winning the lane etc., as an situational item against healing/ or for 40% CDR with Athene's and as a furthermore high damage but risky choice. Besides, there are some defensive items like , and really important against double AP or so.
