Flash. Especially on Sona since shes squishy, has no dash/blink/jump/teleport, and it allows her to surprise initiate with Flash Crescendo. Ignite is used since Sona needs the extra damage early game so that she can have a chance to get kills. Use Exhaust if you're against Riven or Yasuo.
