Introduction

Well first of all I want you to know that I am not a high elo player player but i can give you some good advises for Malphite,the Shard Of The Monolith. Who is my first and my favourite main from season 4.

Runes

Well for the runes i chose yellow seals armor because of the tons of extra armor that they give also you can greatly decrease the damage that is dealt to you. As for the gryphs well its better to have some magic resist in case you get ganked by a ap jungler also the mana regen are very important because of the mana loss of your q. For the marks i chose magic pen cause you want to deal as much damage as you can so you can easily win your lane with your burst of your q and ulty.As for the Quins they are pretty standard.

Items

Well as for the items its your choice you can either choose to build full tank and a little ap (first example build), if you are versus an ad type champion in lane, or you can choose to build full ap and a little tank if your team lacks of magic damage or if the enemies are buying lots of armor items
