Your Job as Jarvan, is to Initiate Battles and devide the Enemy Group while doing some Dmg and take Dmg for the Team. The Job u want to do with Jarvan is the Job as a Melee-Carry, which is not the right job for him. Most of the Dmg you do is from your Skills not your Autoattacks.
If u dont want the Job as Initiater, play nocturne or Master Yi instead!

I want to see how you kill someone(with 5000 HP) in Two seconds! The only 1 who will be Killed in 2 seconds is a Jarvan with this Build.
