U need critical Damage as well as armor penetration,get from 3 of CritDmg and 6 ArPen to 6 critdmg and 3 ar pen...

U need CDR

U don't need armor,mr,hp,mana regen,dodge,so you take secondary runes:Crit Dmg

Ionian Boots of Lucidity --->Rank 2 MS,15 CDR,Very good combined with runes,more harras and more dmg in seconds(using abilities in a faster time)
The Brutalizer --->Pick axe Dmg+Armor penetration+CDR-Very very good item,take it earlier for more dmg,and more ability spam
Sheen --->Double damage in 3 seconds+mana,you use Q once in 3 seconds,now u have 80 more damage on it
Phage --->You need damage and hp early,phage will do it
Trinity Force --->Upgrade of phage and of Sheen,more hp,more dmg,more dmg on sheen effect,+MS+ATK SPEED+CRITICAL
Yommuu's Ghostblade --->Evolution of Brutalizer+more cdr+more dmg+crit+awesome active
Bloodthirster --->Why?Most life steal,most dmg,just what we need
Infinity Edge --->More crit damage,More crit chance,More Damage,This is exactly what we need
Phantom Dancer --->We need More MS,Atk speed too,also it gives most crit

He was facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be General Du Couteau. The General offered Talon the standard of life that befitted an agent of the Noxian High Command in exchange for his allegiance. Talon accepted on the condition that his service was to Du Couteau alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out assassinations on Du Couteau's orders until the day that the general disappeared. Talon's suspicions led him to the doors of the Institute of War, where he joined the League of Legends in order to find the parties responsible for Du Couteau's disappearance.

This was the Talon build,If u realy want a guide,just do what you do with every char,and use E>R>Q>R>W>Q>E>Q>W>Q until the enemy dies,in rest...activate yomuu when u are 1v1 someone or when u try to kill a guy with less than 50% hp(35% for less than 13 chars),actualy depends...
