I got a question.
How do you fight Singed as Mordekaiser?
I had him recently 2 times as enemy in the top lane and I got ****ed really hard both times.
P.s:thanks for the guide.
I think your guide is quite comprehensive. I agree with @ RikudouDovahkiin though. You leave out some importan aspects on certain parts.
I used to play Mordekaiser a while after the Juggernaut Rework on bot lane, got my smurf to Gold with 10 Games (8 Wins) of only Mordekaiser + Blitzcrank Botlane. I used to build Trinity Force on the bot lane, together with Hextech Gunblade and Rylai's Crystal Scepter, which you think are good on Morde (and i do too).
Now I'm not quite sure why you would actually not build Trinity Force anymore. As you can see I actually also build similar to your build:

I start with Hextech Gunblade, and respond to the enemy team then. A lot of AD-> Zhonya's Hourglass / Dead Man's Plate; a lot of AP-> Spirit Visage / Abyssal Mask.
But a friend recently asked me, if I build Trinity Force on Mordekaiser, and I actually didn't know why you don't do it anymore. I often get the feeling that even on top lane it would still be a good item, considering that I often don't get my 3rd Q Auto attack through. The attackspeed would help with this, the sheen/phage effect is quite nice too, but yeah, the mana goes to waste.
I also don't quite agree with your Skill order. I usually max W, then E, then Q. But I think I should actually try E max second. This also depends on your matchup offcourse. Against some ranged champions E would usually be better; against Melee champs Q.
Nice guide though. I agree on your choice with Stormraider's Surge , but also think @ RikudouDovahkiin has a reason to exchange it with Deathfire's Touch. I might even try this against ranged champions in my next game, depending on if I need the movement speed from Stormraider's Surge or not.

CS
At points last year I did take Deathfire Touch a lot, but in season 7 every time I've used it I don't have enough of an impact to be the #1 choice. It's not a mistake since you'll always get your Children of the Grave with it if you're smart, I've never really felt it tipped a battle. I find Stormraider's Surge , provided you do enough damage to proc it with Hextech Gunblade, often lets you get a kill to snow ball or escape death - which ultimately puts you ahead.
It was my main champion before, reworks and nerfs made things, even more, darker to see, understand, even if a player manages to understand and play well, champion's limits are 'limited'' because of his cripple movement speed which is cringing even if I like to play him *--*
Deathfire Touch is great for your ult, but the rest of the time it doesn't do that much more damage until late game. It is the start that is hard and Stormraider's Surge lets you control all ins - you can usually escape if you're going to die or get the kill if the enemy tries to escape. Deathfire Touch doesn't impact the early game enough to warrant a keystone.
For your specific proposed build I have tried to build Luden's Tempest in early, but I just can't find a way. Early on a lot of damage is still AD since you haven't built enough AP items yet and will have the Bilgewater Cutlass/ Hextech Gunblade. Lets say you're level 10 with ~7k gold spent on Hextech Gunblade, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, and either boots. Since Precision hasn't full scaled up Sorcerer's Shoes will net you around 12% more damage. Good, but if the utility of boots let you escape a gank they come out ahead. If when skirmishing you get a second hit with Mace of Spades you otherwise wouldn't have, especially early on with Hextech Revolver, you're ahead with Boots of Swiftness.
Ultimately it is Liandry's Torment's extra hp that make it more useful. It isn't just the raw hp, it makes both the Iron Man and Sterak's Fury shield stronger. The damage is almost the same and Boots of Swiftness is only a bit slower, but will get you through the nasty slows that are thrown at you. And being a big slow ADC you know you will be a target. This is why I strive to build some defence in the spirit of a juggernaut instead of risking being a glass cannon.
You have crafted very detailed guide with decent BBcode. But I wonder if I really should take Exhaust over Flash for this champion. Mordekaiser has no dash in his kit and if he get caught or grabbed by Blitzcrank or hook by Thresh how is he going to escape? And for example if he wasn't to dive in and target the enemy adc which is Caitlyn, isnt it going to be very hard to catch her and use his Q on her since she has 650 attack range, E which is a dash backwards and a team or just a support guarding her?
I am not a main Mordekaiser player, I am just sharing my thoughts
