I suspect that it's sort of pubstompy but I would definitely be wary of competitive play. But if you can make it work at that level, more power to you. Wards probably become extra important at that point. Have fun.

Yes, it is somewhat lacking almost always. Improved Rally used to be sort of good on old Kayle when her scalings were all so much better than they are now. Had to be taken with because of the radius problem. But they're going to replace it with Surge or whatever, so we'll see.
