Cons


- Needs a lot of farm on Q
- Weak early
- Only cc is a slow
- Damage over time mostly
- Can be baited and escaped to death

Pros


- Probably the strongest bruiser lategame
- Good sustain with passive
- Can solo 2 or more targets if Q has been farmed enough.
- Ulti and passive can bait enemies to think that you are an easy target, when you are low HP.

Laning phase is VERY important for Nasus.
He is weak early, so you mostly want to only lasthit minions with as many Q's as possible to stack it up, and hug tower to not get harrashed too much. By letting your laning partner push, your jungler will also get good chances to gank. A good idea is to bait the enemy by engaging him alone, before jungler engages, so that the enemy is lower hp and you are closer to him, for bigger chance to kill.

Priority of laning actions:
Q-lasthit>Lasthit>Keep HP up>And harrash as last.

There is no reason to push as Nasus, unless you are fed and can see a chance to kill enemy tower.
Just remember to keep a ward at tribush or river bush, based on which side you are on, when you are pushing. Even though jungler is dead or visible somewhere, middle lane can still gank you. It's also very important to keep and eye on your ward on the minimap, else it will not help you. Though remember, a ward is only 75 gold, and the enemy killing you + 1 assist is 450g + denying you farm and exp.

Use your teleport visely! (To farm or to join fights/gank by targetting to wards or traps)

This will help Nasus hugging top for more farm and stronger q, even if he will have to back and heal in a bad creep bad situation. Lategame it will also help taking enemies by surprise by tp'ing to traps, wards and minions that your teammates placed. It can also prevent ganks if enemy ganker doesn't have a stun/silence.


The problem with nasus is he has a hard time getting to carries in teamfights. This summoner spell will help him a lot in that, even if the ad carry flashes and slows you.
It will also help him clean up teamfights and chase enemies, which he for sure will be doing.


Why not:


Nasus all ready has his w for this, and in teamfights a good support will exhaust their ad carry anyways. I find teleport more usefull on Nasus cause of the farm, teamplay and utility that it provides.


Nasus just needs ghost for lategame. Flash is only half as good as ghost, because Nasus needs to chase, not to flash burst.


Will be good in laning phase, but will not be worth it mid-late. If you do not like tp, take exhaust instead.


Well, this can be good vs. some teams. But it is not as useful as it might look on nasus, because people can still slow you down, and they will do it often enough to remain it active, even though the duration has been reduced by 65%.

Key to win. But Q-farm first, so that you can teamplay better.

Watching minimap a lot is very important, so that you can aid allies with your teleport in the right moments.
