This build has gotten my best games ever in league by far, up to 22 kills a match. The trick is feed feral flare as much as possible and use your three stun ability's to let no one escape. Be careful however because you will rarely win 1v1 in the jungle but you can escape with Dredge and flash. In team fights beat on the lowest health target and don't let any injured enemy leave, you will need a competent team for this build to work. Also this builds late game farm is ridiculously good!
