His team fighting is great but if you catch him alone he will lose 1v1. Your gank pressure should be stronger both pre-6 and post-6. Try to shield his Q or ult, otherwise just block one of his Es for the attack speed. Avoid grouping your team together if your composition doesn't have strong team fighting because even a 0/5/0 Amumu can win a team fight with a 5-man ult.
Evelynn
She'll be trying to farm and gank while you're elsewhere. Ward her camps and get pinks on the map to counter-gank. Feel free to invade if her laners are pushed in; she can't 1v1 you unless she's fed. Don't let her sneak-steal your opposite buff -- ask your laners to ward your other buff at 1:55.
Elise
She has a lot of early gank pressure but with proper usage of your W you should win duels. Block her stun or one of her Qs. She will only win 1v1 if you're low health or you let her kite you.
Fiddlesticks
You farm much more quickly and your early ganks are a lot better. You can also beat him in 1v1 scenarios since he has no way to deal with your fear. Try to shield his Q if you can or he can just walk away from you. He can become a monster after level 6 in team fights, so play strong early game and you should be fine. Later in the game, focus on gaining vision control since the only way he can turn a game around is from ulting from the fog of war.
Wukong
Shield his E early game and he can't outdamage you. His clone can make it difficult to kill him, but if you land your Q you can follow the dusk trail while he's stealthed to keep your E tether active. He does perform well in team fights but his clear speed and sustain are inferior. Make sure your team is ahead by team fight stage and you can win team fights. Otherwise stay split if you can and use your ultimate to catch people.
Hecarim
If you can control his blue buff his early sustain is awful. If not, just try to snowball an early advantage for your team or fight him 1v1 when he tries to farm. He's a terrible duelist but can often just run away from you. He scales well and is a strong team fighter, so don't let him just farm his jungle for free.
Xin Zhao
He is a strong duelist but has no way to escape a fight unless you get hit by his ultimate. Shield his knockup and you should be able to 1v1 him or get a nearby laner to help you finish him off. After you get an advantage you can kill him any time you find him. If he has a lead, just outfarm him and use your ultimate to secure kills with your laners.
Vi
Shield her Q and she loses most of her damage early game. If she isn't maxing Q, she loses sustained fights due to your fear. Post 6 she is much more dangerous but you can shield her ult unless it's at point blank range. If she lands her ult on you you'll probably lose since her ultimate is stronger than yours at close range. You have similar jungling strengths so you just have to outplay before team fights.
Lee Sin
This is a close matchup that depends a lot on the skill of the Lee Sin player. You can fight or escape him pre-6 if you block his first Q with your shield. Post-6 he has better dueling power with SotEL and his ultimate so try to create advantages with your ultimate elsewhere on the map or use it to counter-gank him.
Skarner
He farms just as fast as you and his dueling is pretty solid after a few levels. If you can't fight him, shield his E to avoid the slow and Q away from him. Control his blue buff if you can because his early clear suffers a lot if it's denied. Post 6 it can be difficult to shield his ultimate, so just stay away from him unless you have enough items to tank his damage. Don't dive into his team if his ultimate is still up or he'll leave you a sitting duck.
Warwick
He clears very slowly and his ganking and dueling pressure is almost nonexistent until he hits 6. Take his buffs to slow him down and force him to base if you can. Outfarm and outgank him early before he hits 6. It's very difficult to shield his ultimate, so avoid fighting him with his ult up unless you're far ahead. Be active on the map early game and start grouping early so he can't get ganks off with his ultimate. He can easily solo dragon so try to keep that warded.
Jarvan IV
He has better early gank pressure and good team fighting but he clears slower and can't match your post-6 presence. Help your team with vision pre-6 so he doesn't snowball off early kills. You can't get out of his ultimate without flashing so respect the range of his engage if you can't take him on 1v1. Most Jarvans get Randuin's Omen pretty early which makes him hard to pick off, so go after his team when he starts to build armor. Also you can shield the damage part of his Q by shielding early or the knockup part by shielding just as he reaches his flag, but not both.
Volibear
He's pretty hard to kill with his passive up and he's a good chaser. His biggest nuke is his W which is also quite hard to shield. He sucks in 2v2s and 3v3s so you should feel pretty safe against counter ganks. He also farms pretty slowly so you should be able to outpressure him, especially after 6. His team fighting is strong if he can finish items, but you have the potential to carry if you outplay him early game. Don't be afraid to fight him until his passive procs and then back off; it has a long cooldown.
Rammus
You can kill him early game but it'll take a while to outlast his W steroid. Try to catch him with his abilities on cooldown while he's clearing his jungle. After he finishes armor items just go after his team. His clear is super slow and his dueling sucks at low levels so you can invade him early. Ward his jungle to help your team avoid his ganks because he can roll past close wards or just Q straight into lane.
Pantheon
Pantheon is a strong early duelist, but he has no escape. You can walk away from him any time by shielding his stun and Qing away from him. If you have any sort of advantage (health, items, level) you can force a fight and kill him. His early ganks are better than yours, so he might become impossible to 1v1 if he gets some early kills off your lanes. Get wards out pre-6 so he doesn't get ahead off early ganks. Post-6 try to ward his jungle camps so you and your team have an idea where he can ult from.
Kha'Zix
Pay attention to whether he is maxing Q or W first. Shield the spell that he maxes first. If he manages his slows well with his ultimate, you can't escape him after level 6, so you have to turn and fight or Flash away. Ward to prevent jungle invades and farm/gank unless you have a health or item advantage on him. Your ganks and team fighting are just as good as his so if you avoid 1v1s you should be fine. If you fight him in a 2v2, stay together with your teammate to avoid isolation damage.
Udyr
He has a very strong early game and his mobility makes him very dangerous. He also farms quickly, especially when maxing Phoenix Stance. Shield his first attack in Bear Stance to block the stun. Avoid fighting or chasing him after he has some items and ranks in Turtle Stance because he can usually escape from you. Just kill his team, he can still melt in team fights. If you're fed and he's not, you can kill him by landing Q on him and blocking his stun.
Olaf
You may be able to 1v1 him early if you keep him from picking up his axe, but once he has some levels you will lose 1v1s. Everything his kit gives him an advantage over you in fights, so try to avoid him especially post 6. He's not very tanky in team fights unless he finishes some items, so just work on building an early advantage through ganks and dragons and beat him with your team. He's actually a lot weaker when he's running away so if you have an edge you can still kill him at any point in the game.
Shaco
He has much stronger ganks and can easily kill you in your jungle. He's also difficult to kill because he can just Q away from your fear, or ult right before it procs. Work with your team to ward against his jungle invades and play safe through the early game. You are a quick farmer and a better team fighter, so if you don't fall behind early you should be okay. Don't ult him unless his Q is on cooldown. When you have ult, focus him down quickly with your lane ally if he uses Q to get into lane for a gank.
