Introduction
As mentioned before this is my first build in a long, long time so give me tips on what you think about the build and how I could improve. Thanks for checking it out.Leave a message in the comments or send it to nggaming57@gmail.com (send scores also so I can include in a section later on)

Ghost paired with your ultimate makes you near impossible to catch or impossible to keep away.
Ignite allows you to be able to pick up those early game kills much easier as they run away and late game against someone else who relies heavily on life steal.
Acceptable
This too helps with early game kills and late game because of how it reduces attack power and ability power. Though it isn't recommended because Olaf already has a slow.
Well if you are jungling this is an obvious choice though I won't cover jungling in this guide.
You need to get some help...
That's your ult...
You'll need it when Riot hunts you down.
Too long a cooldown for too little health (I thought we were over this at lvl 8)
Runes
The Seal of Scaling Armor , the Seal of Scaling Health , and the Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist are to give you all the necessary sustain to outlast your opponent in lane and to 3v1 and get away easily.

Then there is the Greater Mark of Armor PenetrationGreater Mark of Armor Penetration, and the Greater Quintessence of Life steal are important for these reasons. Your Reckless Swing ,high AD and large amounts of armor pen. make you near unstoppable.
Passive
This is your best friend, the closer someone gets to killing you the easier it is to kill them. Pairs wonderfully with life steal keeping you at the perfect balance between health and attack speed.
Undertow
Undertow is maxed out first because it grants you incredible amounts of harass early game.
Vicious Strikes
This is maxed out second for a few reasons. 1. Increased attack 2.Extreme amounts of Life steal and Spell vamp. Why spell vamp? Your Q and your E
Reckless Swing
This is maxed last because it has the least early game advantage and most late game in my opinion. Simply because though it is helpful always it will help your team finish off the enemy tank with its true damage.
Ragnarok
You can use your ultimate in a variety of ways, to run in and take all the enemy stuns, slows, silences, and other disables so your team can run in without any debuffs. To easily escape a chase, to chase someone down and its armor penetration to burn through tanks at the end of a fight.Common Logic tip: I have mentioned your ability to kill tanks multiple times now but I would like to emphasize that this is for if you run into the enemy tank alone or if you if he is the last one alive after a team fight.DO NOT FOCUS TANKS FIRST!
Increases your attack speed(never bad) but is more of a filler to get to better masteries
More CD reduction = MORE AXES
More attack damage. Do I really need to explain this?
See the above. ^
Again. ^ can never have too much armor pen.
Explanation needed? keep going back up.
keep looking up.
Perseverance, the reason this has no icon is because it shares the exact same name as Garen's passive :/ : Finally something that may need explaining. It never hurts to have some health regen for more sustain to outlast other top laner(s). Tip from experience: If you are a decent player you will always win a 2v1 lane. All you have to do is stick around and get last hits when you can and you quickly out level them. Doesn't matter if there are two when you're level 6 going against level 3's
Health is great for lane sustain and because your W grants bonus damage based on your health.
More sustain.
I would say more sustain but I doubt you will go against an AP top but is still useful later in the game or if you get ganked.
