Not Bad sustain, good harass with q, and great potential 1sv1. That bloodthirster is only build if you are really ahead if not just go armor or mr, depends on their teamcomp.

Remember this isnt a static build you can always change the items depending on their teamcomp like you wont do thornail if they have tones of ap.
