Runes

I take Mana Regen seals because Orianna's E gives a nice armor stat boost and you can level E more early if you are losing hard against AD champs. I also take MS Quints because you need to be mobile as Orianna to keep good positioning on yourself as-well as your ball.

If this just isn't your style you can switch out many of these runes are interchangable.

Seals->Flat Armor
Glyphs->Scaling or Flat AP
Quints->Flat AP

Masteries

In my opinion these runes are pretty self explanatory you can make your own changes but I believe some variation of 21/0/9 is best. I particularly like the MS mastery in the utility tree though I highly recommend you keep that in any variation you may use.

Skill Sequence

This skill sequence is pretty standard when you are losing you put a couple more points early in your E for the defensive stats otherwise this will do fine.
