If you really hate Teleport take ignite.
Flash is the most used skill in the game it will save your life or help you with the chase/kill.
Why teleport over ignite? Bigger map control, helping the team mates more often, saving the turrets etc.
Items:
Why Dorans Blade? Early start damage, passive, health it will stack great with your masteries.
Or you could go with this instead of But buy 1 Corans if you go with the flask.
Weird? Yes indeed, it's weird but it will regenerate your Mana and Health and it gives you gold 5 gold every 10 seconds which is really great. Feel free to sell them in the late game for Mercury boots.
Why to rush for BT? Insane damage+life steal it will stack great with your Q, you'll be shooting the bullets with it.
Why? Awesome move control. But sell the boots for in the late game this boots are the best.
Once again Insane item that will destroy everything on your way.
Runes:
Are made do destroy your top enemy with out buying cloth armor or so.
