Okay first off if I am not the best at league, but i also do not suck. Especially at pantheon. Pantheon is my main and he has no counters for my skill level. If you think pantheon is weak you have either not met anyone good at pantheon or you are not good at pantheon. This will all change with a simple adjustment of just following this build. I am happy to hear any adjustments I can make to increase the function of this build.

Max q first for early damage. Max e second for even more damage vs multiple people. Max w last because it doesn't have many perks early other than a faster cd on a stun which isn't helpful if you have no damage to go with it.

Flash is a must have for those sneaky kills and clutch escapes.
Ignite is for the early kills and late game. Really strong and I would recommend it to experienced pantheon users.
Teleport is for more of the beginners at pantheon who are going to die more because they don't know quite how to play him yet.

AD marks for early damage on q. Scaling MR glyphs because there are not many ap top laners so it gives you an advantage late game. Armor/scaling armor seals for early advantage/mid-late game advantage. AD/lifesteal quints for most damage/not needing to back as often
