Welcome to my Vladimir's Guide. I played a lot of ranked matches after the rework to try to figure out the new profile of Vlad. Here i wrote what i find to be the more effective way to play him now, i hope you enjoy!

The best runes for Vlad should be:

Ap for marks and glyphs, boosts a lot Vlad damage and healing
HP for Seals, boosting Tides of Blood damage and Vlad durability, and also giving an extra ap bonus
Quint can be for extra HP or AP, depending on how you like to play with him

Strenght of The ages gives you 300 HP, is better than any other masteries. Deathfire touch is plausible if you're gonna to rush Rylai+Liandry's. Thunderlord's Decree can boost damage, but i don't find it too much useful on Vlad

Pros
+ Lots of damage
+ Lots of Sustain
+ Heavy AOE damage
+ Invulneability (Sanguine Pool)
+ Boosts team damage (Hemoplague)

Cons
- Somewhat weak early game or with no CDR
- Lacks mobility and CC

Early Game
- Focus on farm and poking enemy with empowered transfusion
- Don't miss the catapult
- Beware of Ganks
- Try to farm on jungle camps, after level 5, if possible
- Q+E combo is strong, but pay atention to your life, as Tides of Blood drains lots of HP
- Rush Rylai, rabaddon and visage

Mid Game

- Your Q+E combo will be devasting
- On TF's, if you're strong, try to hemoplague all enemyes, then E+W (aggresive)
- On lane, poke a lot your enemy with Q and E, and try to go for kills


Late Game

- Beware of ad carrys, dont let then hit you so easily
- Try to hemplague all enemies to heal fast your hp
- Use Tides of Blood on the middle of enemy team
