This lane is sort of a skill match up. His passive makes him a pain in the bum. His sustain is hard to deal with, the best way to kill him is by your junglers help. Id consider rushing a Hydra/BT To match up to his lifesteal.
Darius
This lane is close to a nightmare if Darius knows what he's doing. His Q Base damage is hard to deal with. The best way to beat him is to wait for him to Q a minion wave and use the bushed to your advantage. Do not stay in-lane if your low at Level 6. He has 100-0 Burst potential with ignite. Try to get your jungler to help.
Dr. Mundo
Before 6 if you use the bushes correctly, you can kill him whenever he comes to lane. After 6 you can kill him with ignite untill he stacks his armour/hp items. Later on go roaming to find more kills for those BTN Stacks!
Fiora
Skill-matchup. Fiora's early is a pain in the butt. Unless you get an early lead on her with a Level 2,3 first blood, you should try to farm and ask your jungler to help. Her W Parries your q damage. So keep that in mind when going for a trade.
Irelia
As an Irelia main, i can say Irelia will outscale you. Try to abuse her weak 1-3 and DO NOT FIGHT her when she gets her Tri force, Roam-around for kills. Unless you get super ahead this lane could be tough if you dont know how to trade against her.
Jarvan IV
Get your a** back in the jungle m8.
Jax
Jax beats Rengar, simple as that. But a good Rengar can beat Jax anyday, Do not fight him after he gets Botrk and try to abuse his bad early game. Make sure you bait his E before fighting
Kayle
She will push you to your tower so bush control will be tough. But if you can get top 1st and push the wave to her side of the lane you can get an easy First Blood. Be wary of her ult, try to bait it by Igniting , most Kayle's panic ult when you jump onto them so save your Q>E>Q>W>AA>Ignite Combo till after she ults.
Malphite
He would have much less kill pressure on you. Try to constantly auto or E him so he doesn't utilise his shield. One he gets a Frozen Heart or a Rand, he is near impossible to kill unless you have a LW AND Yoummus.
Maokai
SKill-Matchup, You can kill him early levels. Try to avoid his Q Poke. Late game he is near unkillable so dont go try bursting him.
Nasus
Abuse his early game, try to make him miss as much stacks as you can. You can kill him easily from levels 1-5. Look to Roam for kills later on.
Pantheon
Most-Annoying-Lane-Ever. His stupid block can block your Q damage so keep that in mind. His early poke is ridiculous but you outscale him by heaps.
Renekton
He can out-trade you at most parts of the game. This can be difficult if you stuff up early. Renekton can almost never lose a tradee due to his Q Sustain. Try roaming around for kills or just farm and wait for oppurtunities.
Rengar
Please stop playing norms and go play ranked.
Rumble
Rumble is a lane bully but he is squishy and very prone to ganks. So call your jungler or snowball early on to win lane.
Ryze
Ryze scales much better then you, but he is immobile and one 5 FER E can mean death for him. Hes going to farm and splitpush most game. Shutting him down early with kills/Ganks can help you win.
Shyvana
Hard to trade with. Stay away if she hits you with her E as its her main trading tool. Her W makes her push waves fast so consider rushing a Tiamat to counter this for bush control.
Teemo
Pretty easy until he hits 6, a smart Teemo would plant Shrooms in lane bushes which can be a pain in the butt. But he is easy to burst so once you get a couple of items it should be a breeze.
Tryndamere
He is usaly easy to trade with from levels 1-5, once he gets his ult try not to all in him. Keep an eye on his rage bar. When he heals is the ideal time to fight.
Volibear
Almost impossible to kill. Try not picking Rengar into this matchup. His passive makes him almost impossible to kill. Just farm and roam for kills.
PROS:
-Fun to play
-Has 1 shot potential
-Great at 1v1s
-Has different builds to suit the situation.
-Can also be played in the jungle.
CONS:
-Easy to harras in-lane
-No Escape
-Can be countered by tanks
-Counters by Upgraded red trinkets and Pink wards.

So this is a cheesy play which you can pull of almost everygame. Try rushing level 2 while staying on 4 Ferocity. Walk into the Brush and when the enemy laner walks into range, Leap onto him with your 4 Ferocity Q> Empowered Q> E> Auto attack > Ignite. This almost ALWAYS Results in a kill and usually First blood. If you manage to pull this off Push the wave and back to either get another Dorans Blade or a longsword.
