for runes
i use magic resist for grater glyphs for the extra magic resists against gank of mid and support with high ap scaling
8 attack damage for grater marks this rune is needed for the damage and for the last hits on minion
1 critical chance for grater marks this is needed for the chance that a crit will proc after you tumbled
9 armor for grater seals for your enemy with damage
2 life steal quints we need this to sustain our health we all know that Vayne is a squishy champ thats why we need this to sustain our health
1 attack damage quints this will give you a little more damage

for masteries we placed 21 9 0 this is to get the outmost damage in masteries and to get the health that is needed to sustain our champs

items is based on the enemy composition my build will let you choose items that is irrelevant to the enemy with a high health or cc this is to get the best out of the champ and to survive team clashes

in the skill sequence we need to get the best cool down of the tumble and the high damage of the silver bolts these is needed when you proc your ult you can tumble more with the lesser cool down and the damage you get from tumble and silver bolts

in farming focus on last hitting minions witch will lead you to early items and more advantage in your lane try to not push your lane as much as you can to get more out of the minion and if you are tower hugging try to last hit as much as you can

for the skills of last hitting in tower hugging the melee minion is harder than the ranged minion the tower will hit the melee minion two times and hit it the third time this will get you the last hits but not all of it for the ranged minion you only need to let it be hit once by the tower and last hit it and if you see two minion with low health last hit it with an auto attack and a tumble to refresh your attack animation
and you must take advantage of your tumble when you proc your ult because they cannot see you when you tumble because of the invi while on it try to position your self with the best position for the play and you can use it to get away and to invade line missile spells in condemn you can use it if your enemy proced a spell that will dash them selves to you like headbutt of Alistar you can condemn it so the skill will be interrupted and other char that can be interrupted
