Always buy 1.Hydra 2.LW and 3.GA in this row AFTER you oviously finished your boots and smite item.

You can replace the flat AD marks for aromr pen and the scaling CDR for flat CDR or even more MR.
Skill Sequence
Evolve: Q/E/(W or R)
or: E/Q/(W or R)
I personally like to evolve Q first and R last because the color of your skin will change... It will look cool and your DMG will improve trust me!
